Unico consiglio prenotare con qualche giorno in anticipo. Lo consiglierei ad occhi chiusi. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato scegliere senza la disponibilità di un menù ma solo attraverso il racconto dei piatti da parte del responsabile del locale (Magari c'è e bastava chiederlo, cosa che io comunque non ho fatto). Le scelte fatte ci hanno comunque molto soddisfatto. Mangiato pesce, anche se ci hanno elencato anche dei piatti di terra interessanti. Piatti di pesce interessanti e gustosi. Pasta tutta fatta in casa (e si sentiva perché dava quel qualcosa in più ai piatti). Ottima scelta dei vini. Che dire, sicuramente è da ritornare. A nice discovery. Cibo differente dalla solita ristorazione. Consiglio vivamente il Mare Caldo, una zuppa di pesce variegata, racchiusa in una crosta di pasta sfoglia che rilascia un profumo e un sapore unico. Da questo posto non potrete che uscire super-soddisfatti, con l'obiettivo di tornare per degustare tutto ciò che non sarete riusciti ad assaggiare la prima volta. Il personale è gentilissimo, professionale e disponibilissimo : i piatti vi vengono consigliati in base ai vostri gusti e alle vostre richieste ed esplicati sapientemente dal personale, in più sapranno consigliarvi i vini che meglio si accostano alle pietanze scelte; il servizio è attento e premuroso ad ogni esigenza. Infine (ma non per ultimo) lo chef contribuisce a tenere alto il livello del locale : le pietanze sono ottime e gustosissime, gli ingredienti scelti e freschi e i sapori di tutte le portate sono sapientemente equilibrati e la presentazione dei piatti è la ciliegina sulla torta. Il prezzo è più che onestissimo!!! Andateci e non ve ne pentirete!!! Highly recommended !!! Staff cordiale, elegante arricchito dalla presenza del Maitre Guglielmo che ti descrive ogni piatto come fosse un viaggio alla ricerca del gusto, per non parlare dell’ottimo vino cesanese che ci ha consigliato ad hoc ( ad un prezzo per altro accessibile). Piatti ottimi , ricercati, abbondanti e soprattutto con prezzi modici nonostante l’eleganza con cui erano presentati e soprattutto il gusto che li caratterizzava. Noi abbiamo ordinato base carne ma a vedere le portate di pesce degli altri ospiti sembrava ottimo anche quello!!! Torneremo sicuramente, è stata una scoperta piacevole e ha reso la nostra luna di miele speciale!! Consiglio l’antipasto zuppa porcini e borlotti dentro un cesto di pasta brisee e gnocchetti all’ortica con buttata e guanciale…. Ma con Guglielmo apprezzerete qualsiasi piatto….anche l’acqua minerale ! In the heart of the village of Vico there is this inn with few seats, reserved, welcoming and elegant medieval furnishings. We ordered meat but to see the fish courses of the other guests it seemed excellent too !!! We will definitely be back, it was a pleasant discovery and made our honeymoon special !! I recommend the porcini and borlotti soup appetizer in a basket of brisee pasta and nettle gnocchi with throw and bacon .... But with Guglielmo you will appreciate any dish ... even mineral water!
