Consigliatissime, a tal proposito, le Tagliatelle dell'Orso e la tagliata con lardo di colonnata. Complimenti alla chef, che mostra di avere impiegato molto studio per la creazione di queste squisitezze che coniugano l'antico e lo sperimentale. La proprietaria, una signora deliziosa e cordiale, mentre ci serviva a tavola ci ha dato tante informazioni interessanti sugli ingredienti e si è fermata volentieri a fare due chiacchiere. Una nota di merito per l'osservanza delle misure di sicurezza in questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria. Excellent! The dishes are an explosion of taste, very tasty, in which each ingredient has its role and is well enhanced. In this regard, the Tagliatelle dell'Orso and the tagliata with lard from colonnata are highly recommended. Congratulations to the chef, who shows that he spent a lot of study in the creation of these delicacies that combine the ancient and the experimental. The owner, a delightful and friendly lady, gave us a lot of interesting information on the ingredients while she served us at the table and she gladly stopped to have a chat. A note of merit for the observance of safety measures in this period of health emergency.
B	Barbara Montebugnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio parere merita 5 stelle (essendo osteria montanara non parlo ovviamente di una location extra lusso con pizzi e merletti) per il cibo superlativo che poi è il motivo principale! Piatti non banali con ingredienti di qualità, fritto assolutamente non unto e croccante, cottura della carne ben fatta, dolci divini! Si percepisce in tutto la passione per la cucina e l'attenzione per il cliente che diventa quasi di famiglia! Lo straconsiglio! Se passate, dovete fermarvi assolutamente, e se non passate... andateci apposta come ho fatto io! In my opinion it deserves 5 stars (being a montanara tavern I am obviously not talking about an extra luxury location with lace) for the superlative food which is the main reason! Non-trivial dishes with quality ingredients, fried absolutely not greasy and crunchy, well-done cooking of the meat, divine desserts! You can feel the passion for cooking and the attention for the customer who becomes almost part of the family! I recommend it! If you pass, you must absolutely stop, and if you do not pass ... go there on purpose like I did!

Menù del giorno da lunedì a venerdì a €12 (il venerdì €14 perché hanno il pesce che è ottimo!) puoi scegliere tra primi, secondi,contorni, acqua vino caffè e liquore Veramente tutto ottimo! Consiglio le serate a tema che variano ogni sabato e sono sempre ottime! Ieri sera abbiamo mangiato il pesce ed era veramente squisito! Poche volte si mangia così bene in montagna e qui è tutto ottimo I menù alla carta poi è curato in ogni dettaglio sempre molto buono e varia a seconda delle stagioni Vi consiglio di prenotare perché spesso è al completo! I recommend the theme nights which vary every Saturday and are always great! Last night we ate the fish and it was really delicious! You rarely eat so well in the mountains and everything is excellent here The à la carte menu is then treated in every detail always very good and varies according to the seasons I recommend that you book as it is often fully booked! Qui si bada alla sostanza, anche se i piatti sono sempre ben presentati. A comandare in cucina, una ragazza di soli 24 anni che con studio, passione e voglia di lavorare, crea dei piatti favolosi. Il tutto pagato a un prezzo onestissimo. Gli ingredienti sono di alta qualità ( per esempio, le castagne dei tortelloni provengono dal loro castagneto, a km 0 ). Come ho promesso, tornerò per assaggiare i secondi! Bravi e continuate cosi! Thanks to Google Maps, we found this fantastic restaurant in Cereglio. This is a typical restaurant of the Bolognese Apennines. Here we look at the substance, even if the dishes are always well presented. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque non solo perché si mangia veramente bene e i prodotti sono di qualità ma anche perché proverete la sensazione di sentirvi a casa , la signora che vi servirà è di una gentilezza , simpatia e carineria unica.. 5 stelle sono anche poche per il servizio ottimo e per quel pranzo gustoso. Prezzi giustissimi. Da ritornarci ! Wonderful experience in this cozy and rustic little place. I highly recommend it to anyone not only because you eat really well and the products are of quality but also because you will experience the feeling of feeling at home, the lady who will serve you is of a unique kindness, sympathy and cuteness .. 5 stars are also few for great service and for that tasty lunch.
