★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima.. Mi hanno rovinato un capo molto caro.. Quando mi sono resa conto della macchia hanno provato a recuperare lavandolo nuovamente. Ogni volta mi dicevano che la macchia era sparita e puntualmente era ancora lì. Alla fine abbiamo fatto ricorso alla loro assicurazione.. Scoprendo più avanti che l avevano fatta dopo il danno causatomi quindi non potevo usufruirne. Persone non professionali.. Non mi hanno rimborsato in alcun modo. Tra l altro parlando con altre persone ho scoperto che hanno avuto esperienze pessime anche loro. Quindi a vostro rischio e pericolo.
Bad experience .. They ruined a very expensive garment .. When I realized the stain they tried to recover by washing it again. Each time they told me that the stain was gone and was still there on time. In the end we made use of their insurance .. Finding out later that they had done it after the damage caused me so I could not use it. Unprofessional people .. They did not refund me in any way. Among other things, talking to other people I discovered that they too have had very bad experiences. So at your own risk.
