I coach sono molto preparati e coinvolgono chiunque si approcci a questa disciplina.
Consiglio a chi ha intenzione di provare di fare più lezioni.
A suitable place to unplug from everyday problems, every time you enter, you dedicate yourself totally to yourself and your limits, you have nothing else to think about. The environment is the best, you know many people to ask for advice, exchange opinions and alas, we often eat .....
The coaches are very prepared and involve anyone who approaches this discipline.
I recommend to those who intend to try to do more lessons.
