Non mi pare possibile che vengano tenute aperte le porte in pieno inverno. Quello che ho comprato era gelato, sembrava tirato fuori dal frigorifero. Consiglio di chiudere ste benedette porte, perché dentro al forno fa più freddo che fuori e sinceramente questa porta spalancata non mi invita per nulla a fare la coda quando c'è gente. Delicious products, both sweet and savory and the staff is delightful, kind, welcoming and quick. The only drawback is the glacial cold inside the shop. It does not seem possible to me that the doors will be kept open in the middle of winter. What I bought was ice cream, it looked like it was pulled out of the refrigerator. I recommend closing these blessed doors, because inside the oven it is colder than outside and honestly this wide open door does not invite me at all to queue when there are people.

G	Giulia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti che propongono sono normali .. sicuramente non valgono il prezzo che si pagano dato che sicuramente in altre panetterie di Scandicci si trova di meglio a prezzi piu’ bassi. Il loro unico punto di forza e’ che nella piazza non si trova un reale concorrente ( e quindi tocca passarci di tanto in tanto ) e che hanno una varietà di prodotti. Ma oltre a questo, Il problema principale sono i commessi. Com’è possibile che non trovino mai una parola garbata, un gesto gentile o un modo per essere più disponibili e loquaci con i clienti che in sostanza sono lí e ti danno diche vivere? Non bisogna diventare migliori amici ma nemmeno far passare il messaggio che se ti do la pagnotta di pane ti sto pure a fare un favore … considerando che la sto pagando! The products they offer are normal .. certainly not worth the price you pay, as you will certainly find better at lower prices in other Scandicci bakeries. Their only strong point is that there is no real competitor in the square (and therefore you have to pass by from time to time) and that they have a variety of products. But beyond that, the main problem is the shop assistants. How is it possible that they can never find a polite word, a kind gesture or a way to be more helpful and talkative with customers who are essentially there and give you something to live on? You don't have to become best friends but neither should you get the message across that if I give you the loaf of bread, I'm also doing you a favor… considering I'm paying for it!
