L'area è ben organizzata, tranquilla e vicina al paese di Smarano. Nei dintorni belle passeggiate, in particolare meritano quelle per il Belvedere, i 2 Laghi e S. Romedio; anche per chi pratica mountain bike sono disponibili diversi percorsi.
 Excellent value for money!
The area is well organized, quiet and close to the town of Smarano. Nearby beautiful walks, in particular those for the Belvedere, the 2 Lakes and S. Romedio are worth; also for those who practice mountain bikes there are several routes available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo. Area pulita e ordinata anche i servizi che sono nello stabile della pizzeria adiacente, che pur essendo chiusa erano accessibili e puliti. Gestore gentile. Unico piccolo neo l'area rifiuti un po..trasandata.
Beautiful place. Clean and tidy area also the services that are in the adjacent pizzeria building, which despite being closed were accessible and clean. Kind manager. The only small drawback is the waste area a bit .. shabby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo sentiero, che chiunque può fare, con 2 punti panoramici favolosi.
Il primo offre una veduta d'insieme dei 2 laghetti; il secondo inaspettatamente una vista sul bosco con al centro il Santuario di San Romedio.
Al ritorno si può ripercorrere lo stesso sentiero oppure fare un giro ad anello inoltrandosi nel bosco
Beautiful trail, which anyone can do, with 2 fabulous viewpoints.
The first offers an overall view of the 2 lakes; the second unexpectedly a view of the woods with the Sanctuary of San Romedio in the center.
On the way back, you can retrace the same path or take a round trip into the woods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comoda per visitare i due laghi vicino, un po' più lontano è situato l'eremo di San Romedio, noi siamo andati a piedi attraverso i sentieri nel bosco circa 4 ore andata e ritorno. È servita anche di linee autobus per visitare i paesi vicino (non molte corse nella giornata) paesaggi fantastici. I gestori molto gentili, il ristorante ottima cucina inglobato nel complesso, servizi ottimi bagni puliti.
Convenient to visit the two nearby lakes, the hermitage of San Romedio is a little further away, we walked about 4 hours round trip through the forest paths. It also served bus lines to visit the neighboring countries (not many rides during the day) fantastic landscapes. The very friendly managers, the excellent restaurant encompassed in the complex, excellent facilities, clean bathrooms.

Congratulations to the 3 brigands, kind and helpful. Quiet place with all the essential services: water, electricity, c / s. Laundry service, showers, pizzeria and restaurant. And the price is negligible compared to many others. here and I will gladly return

...un ambiente dove la qualita' e l' ospitalita sono al primo posto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved this place, we were the only non Italian people here everyone was so friendly it felt like we were guests in a village. The site was very busy and it was easy to see why. It has toilets and showers (€1 for a shower) wash up area even a washing machine. HOWEVER the icing on the cake is the restaurant that also doubles as reception, pizzas are fabulous so good we didn't try anything else, apart from copious amounts of ice cold delicious "FORST" beer, before staggering back to our van. Downsides can't really think of any other than the phone signal isn't the best it works but varies between 4g and H+ but that could be down to how many people were trying to use it! Terrestrial TV signal is good by the way. Not only all of the above but the place felt very safe and secure.
