La cucina è ottima già da prima della presenza del maestro Cannavacciuolo, il personale cordiale e gentile così come il titolare, persona veramente squisita. Gli antipasti eccellenti con prodotti genuini, formaggi e salumi da loro prodotti e zuppe e sottolii di un sapore di casa di campagna. I primi, la carne ed i dolci di una bontà unica. OTTIMO. It is always a pleasure to return to Serra del Taburno. The cuisine is excellent even before the presence of the master Cannavacciuolo, the friendly and kind staff as well as the owner, a truly exquisite person. Excellent appetizers with genuine products, cheeses and cured meats produced by them and soups and pickles of a country house flavor. First courses, meat and desserts of a unique goodness. OPTIMAL.

Il vero Km zero, non spiattellato su menù di design e camerieri venditori ben istruiti, è tutto sottinteso perché è la normalità. Ci sono tornato per l'ennesima volta e me ne sono uscito, come al solito, super soddisfatto. Ci vediamo alla prossima. I have known this place for over 20 years, the gastronomic eras have changed, many trends in gastronomic matters have passed, but here the substance does not change. The real Km zero, not spun on design menus and well-educated waiters-sellers, is all implied because it is normal. I went back for the umpteenth time and I came out, as usual, super satisfied. Affettati di salame, prosciutto crudo, capocollo, pancetta molto buoni accompagnati da pecorini con il miele e ricotta fresca tutto autoprodotto e buonissimo. Primo di pasta fresca con sugo e carne macinata con profumo di odori e sentori di cucina fatta con amore. Primo pennette del pastore con pecorino e melenzane fritte, anch'esso molto buono, solo le penne erano un po' troppo cotte. Secondo di carne bistecca con l'osso, e tagliata di carne molto soessa, entrambe buone. Sapori di prodotti genuini fatti come si deve. Vino della casa per palati rustici.... ... come il mio. Dolci semplici, ma buoni. Porzioni abbondanti di antipasti primi e contorni Prezzi giusti. Il sabato alla carta solo la domenica menù fisso. Buon distanziamento frà i tavoli e controllo della carta verde all'ingresso. Personale gentile e servizio rapido. Da tornarci sempre. Lunch with genuine and tasty dishes. Very good cold cuts of salami, raw ham, capocollo, pancetta accompanied by pecorino cheese with honey and fresh ricotta, all self-produced and delicious. First course of fresh pasta with sauce and minced meat with the scent of smells and hints of cooking made with love. Shepherd's first penne with pecorino and fried eggplant, also very good, only the penne was a little overcooked. Second course of meat steak on the bone, and very soft cut of meat, both good. Flavors of genuine products made as they should be. House wine for rustic palates .... ... like mine. Simple but good desserts. Generous portions of starters and side dishes. Fair prices. A la carte on Saturdays only on Sundays fixed menu. Good spacing between the tables and check of the green card at the entrance. Friendly staff and quick service. Always go back.

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, antipasti fantastici per non parlare degli ottimi dolci ‘’DA LECCARSI I BAFFI’’. Locale piccolo ma accogliente, arredato con gusto e con un fantastico panorama sulla valle. personale disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò sicuramente!!!! A pleasant discovery ... we booked at the last minute on Easter Monday. We enjoyed everything, fantastic appetizers not to mention the excellent 'MUSTACHE-LICK' desserts. Small but cozy place, tastefully furnished and with a fantastic view over the valley. helpful and kind staff. I recommend it and I will definitely be back !!!!
