La carne veramente ottima e preparata in modo encomiabile , gli impiattamenti curati, il personale squisito - attento ma mai invadente - il locale particolare in ogni dettaglio e veramente piacevole alla vista: complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff, assolutamente stra consigliato!
Overlooking the splendid Via Posillipo, which offers a breathtaking view at any time of day, we have discovered this gem of a restaurant. The truly excellent meat and prepared in a commendable way, the well-kept dishes, the exquisite staff - attentive but never intrusive - the particular place in every detail and really pleasing to the eye: congratulations to the chef and all the staff, absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carino il locale, buona la carne eccezionali gli antipasti di costine e capocollo. Peccato che per noi celiaci non hanno pane ne dolci, senza glutine, anche se i camerieri con me sono stati molto bravi e sono riusciti a procurarsi un dessert.
Nice place, good meat, exceptional ribs and capocollo appetizers. Too bad that for us celiacs they don't have bread or sweets, gluten-free, even if the waiters with me were very good and managed to get a dessert.

Стейк не впечатлил) вкусные свиные рёбра, но резать итальянцы не умеют- подают с осколками костей… меню десертов бедное и чая совершенно нет..
Но еда свежая и порции большие) мне там понравилось))

The steak was not impressive) delicious pork ribs, but Italians don’t know how to cut, served with bone fragments ... the dessert menu is poor and there is absolutely no tea ..
But the food is fresh and the portions are large) I liked it there))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Posillipo volevo mangiare pesce, ma non sono riuscito a trovare posto da nessuna parte, ho trovato un tavolo solo in questo locale, dove sono andato con uno spirito abbastanza deluso.
Come entro resto inebriato dall’ottima fragranza scelta per profumare l’ambiente. Vado subito in bagno, stile moderno, pulito come fosse il bagno di casa propria. Torno al tavolo e mi soffermo sul locale, ho cominciato a cercare almeno un difetto, ma niente, tutto perfetto, lo stile industriale immerso in un locale a volta scavato nel tufo, lampade retrò appese a fili di corda. Fantastici i bracieri posti al fianco dei tavoli immersi in nicchie ricavate nel mobile che ospita un ampia scelta di vini.
Ci è stato offerto un crostino di pane con sopra un carpaccio di carne freschissima, in esplosione di sapore in bocca.
Abbiamo proseguitò con un tagliere di salumi, tutti i prodotti era di altissima qualità, ma il formaggio stagionato era di un livello superiore, mai mangiato un formaggio così buono. I primi erano fuori menu, abbiamo preso dei gnocchetti alla crema di pistacchio e delle teorie con funghi porcini e guanciale. Anche qui siamo rimasti stupiti dalla bontà del piatto, specialmente i gnocchetti che offrivano un sapore decisamente originale. Le porzioni non erano esagerate, ma non ci hanno permesso di prendere un secondo, che sicuramente sono il pezzo forte del locale, anche i piatti che ho visto portare a gli altri tavoli mi hanno confermato questa sensazione.
Insomma, entrato già deluso, uscito più che soddisfatto.
Spero di avere l’occasione di tornare ed assaggiare i tagli di carne e avere la prova definitiva di aver trovato un locale impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.
In Posillipo I wanted to eat fish, but I couldn't find a place anywhere, I found a single table in this place, where I went with a rather disappointed spirit.
As I enter, I am inebriated by the excellent fragrance chosen to perfume the room. I immediately go to the bathroom, modern style, clean as if it were the bathroom of your own home. I go back to the table and linger on the room, I started looking for at least one defect, but nothing, everything perfect, the industrial style immersed in a vaulted room dug into the tuff, retro lamps hung on strings of rope. The braziers placed next to the tables are fantastic.
We were offered a crouton with a very fresh meat carpaccio on top, bursting with flavor in the mouth.
We continued with a platter of charcuterie, all the produce was of the highest quality, but the aged cheese was of a higher standard, never eaten such good cheese. The first ones were off the menu, we had some gnocchi with pistachio cream and some theories with porcini mushrooms and bacon. Here too we were amazed by the goodness of the dish, especially the gnocchi which offered a decidedly original flavor. The portions weren't exaggerated, but they didn't allow us to take a second, which are certainly the strong point of the place, even the dishes that I saw brought to the other tables confirmed this feeling for me.
In short, he entered already disappointed, left more than satisfied.
I hope to have the opportunity to come back and taste the cuts of meat and have the definitive proof that I have found an impeccable place from every point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the meat soup and 400 grams of smoked filet. This was surely not the last time. The meat soup was tasty, rich in flavour with soft meat.
The filet was on point medium, no unneccessary extras and delicious with a light smokey note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sure know their meat, wine as well! We had a lovely plate of mixed grill, which was plenty of meat, some vegetables and tasty potatoes. Very delicious and also reasonable priced. The restaurant is very modern and cosy, and service was excellent.
There was a wide vary on their menu, but not many of the choices were available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this place out the corner of my eye a few weeks back and added it to the Must Try list, simply for the ambiance. Food and wine did not disappoint. Straight forward menu, not complicated, steak was terrific exactly as I ordered it and wine selection is plentiful. Service was very attentive (we were a head of the dinner crowd). Recommend reservations for a Friday, every table was occupied by 930. Fluency in Italian is appreciated but was able to get by in English.
Leave room for desert.
