Le regole di igiene assolutamente ignorate: chi sta al banco senza guanti dopo aver toccato carne cruda serve il formaggio toccandolo con le mani sporche e senza un minimo di igiene. Il servizio è pessimo dal punto di vista della normativa igienico alimentare. Il personale non aiuta certo ad acquistare.
Good meat but not very fresh. The rules of hygiene absolutely ignored: those who sit at the counter without gloves after having touched raw meat serve the cheese by touching it with dirty hands and without a minimum of hygiene. The service is bad from the point of view of food hygiene legislation. The staff certainly does not help to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличное место, большой ассортимент качественных сыров, колбас и вина. Брали сыр в перелет, попросили упаковать, в итоге сыр обернули в фольгу и запресовали под вакуум, сыры без проблем доехали до Москвы и никаких запахов в чемодане при транспортировке.
Great place, great assortment of quality cheeses, sausages and wines. They took the cheese on the flight, asked to pack it, as a result, the cheese was wrapped in foil and pressed under vacuum, the cheeses reached Moscow without any problems and there were no smells in the suitcase during transportation.
