L	Luca Bnc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posti come questo sono mosche bianche. È raro trovare un negozio di alimentari così ben fornito, cibo di ottima qualità e provenite da un’ottima filiera diretta. In più siamo stati trattati con i guanti. La titolare e il suo staff, portano avanti un lavoro che si basa sul rispetto e la passione per il proprio territorio e la vasta conoscenza di esso. Per 3 giorni ci hanno preparato i panini per il pranzo e ogni volta, ci veniva specificato il prodotto la sua provenienza e la sua particolarità, come ad esempio il pecorino di Farindola che è l’unico formaggio che viene lavorato usando il caglio del maiale. Ogni salume veniva affiancato al giusto formaggio per fare in modo che entrambi si fossero esaltati a vicenda e senza che l’uno copra troppo il sapore dell’altro. Ma non ci si limita a formaggi e salumi. Ci sono piatti preparati nel loro laboratorio che sono da premio Oscar. Pallotte cacio e uova, Fiedoni e tantissime altre specialità vengono preparate da loro giornalmente e usando sempre e solo prodotti di qualità e basta assaggiare qualcosa per capire che è così. So solo che ogni volta che tornerò a Pescara, passerò alla Salumeria in blu per mangiare bene e scoprire le tradizioni culinarie di un territorio che non ha solo dei buonissimi arrosticini da regalare, c’è mooooolto di più!!! (In foto una ciabattina con Ventricina Vastese accompagnata da un fantastico Macchione di Capracotta). Places like this are whiteflies. Each cured meat was paired with the right cheese to ensure that both were exalting each other and without one covering too much the flavor of the other. But we are not limited to cheeses and cured meats. There are dishes prepared in their laboratory that are Oscar-winning. Pallotte with cheese and eggs, Fiedoni and many other specialties are prepared by them daily and always using only quality products and just taste something to understand that it is so. I just know that every time I return to Pescara, I will go to the Salumeria in blu to eat well and discover the culinary traditions of a territory that not only has delicious kebabs to offer, there is sooooo much more !!! La titolare Signora Fiorenza è molto professionale, con provata esperienza del settore, gentile ed educata. I dipendenti sono gentilissimi e professionali, sempre sorridenti e rispettosi. Per chi non lo avesse ancora fatto, consiglio di visitarlo per provare le prelibatezze di molte regioni italiane e le squisite e sfiziose bontà abruzzesi.
