Ma questa signori miei è la SIGNOR GASTRONOMIA.
Tralasciando le fantastiche persone che gestiscono questa piccola boutique nella cornice di Polignano, mi soffermo sui loro prodotti semplicemente fantastici.
Ci hanno lasciato a bocca aperta, tanto da farci ripartire con una borsa di prodotti.
E certamente verrò appena scendo a Bari, mollo tutto e scappo per venire qui.
Puglia is my second home, living in Veneto and I think I have seen all kinds of gastronomy.
But this gentlemen is MRS GASTRONOMY.
Leaving aside the fantastic people who run this small boutique in the setting of Polignano, I focus on their simply fantastic products.
They left us speechless, so much so that we left with a bag of products.
And I will certainly come as soon as I get off in Bari, give up everything and run away to come here.

Il paragone con altre salumerie non sussiste in partenza… cerchi qualcosa che in giro non trovi ? Bene qui lo torvi .. hanno di tutto e tutto di pregevole qualità. Se pur parliamo di una salumeria gourmet vi garantisco che i prezzi dei prodotti sono quelli di una qualsiasi salumeria..la Differenza però non ve la dico perché dovete essere voi a rendervi conto di che salumeria parliamo..
complimenti davvero bellissimo negozio..

The comparison with other delicatessens does not exist at the start ... are you looking for something that you can't find around? Well here you grim .. they have everything and everything of excellent quality. Even if we are talking about a gourmet delicatessen, I guarantee you that the prices of the products are those of any other delicatessen ... but I won't tell you the Difference because you have to be the one to realize what delicatessen we are talking about ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salumi di qualità...tutto ottimo il tagliere era meglio delle aspettative..se devo trovare un difetto nell panino ci è stato detto che avrebbero messo della mozzarella..invece ci siamo ritrovate un'altro formaggio a pasta morbida che avevamo abbondantemente mangiato nel tagliere..il pane buonissimo se non fosse x la mozzarella avrei dato 5 stelle ?
Quality cured meats ... all excellent the cutting board was better than expected ... if I have to find a defect in the sandwich we were told that they would put mozzarella ... instead we found another soft cheese that we had abundantly eaten in the cutting board..the bread very good if it weren't for the mozzarella I would have given 5 stars ?

Un po' di attenzione da parte dei ragazzi, visibilmente inesperti non guasterebbe. È giusto segnalare tutti i prezzi di tutti gli articoli. Un po' di precisione nelle pesate: ci si può sbagliare di in 10% ma non del 50 visto e considerato il prezzo degli articoli. E comunque lo si fa notare al cliente: una forma di cortesia da parte di chi, come me del resto lavora con Il pubblico.
Comunque vastissimo assortimento e raffinatezza nel locale.
