★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible food and dining experience. The people are very friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is beyond expectations. The sommelier’s wine recommendation was perfect for our main (sea bass). It’s also reasonable priced given the amount of food they give you, particularly given it’s a Michelin star restaurant.

The vegetarian tasting menu left us more than full, and we decidedly regretted filling up on bread with the locally sourced olive oil – but one couldn't help oneself when it was so tasty!
With all the amuse-bouches and complimentary dishes from the kitchen I think we landed on around 9 dishes when we waddled out of there, fuller than ever before.
Recommended to let them know right away if you are a vegetarian, so that you don't get served the (extremely tasty) saffron deep fried oyster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful lunch at La Rucola 2.0 resraurant: high quality ingredients prepared with a lot of care and creativity. A detail I appreciated a lot was the Japanese touch that permeated the entire seafood tasting menu.
The excellent service, always on point, made it a well-rounded culinary experience.

When we booked for the same evening we were only asked for allergies but not for dietary preferences. When we arrived the matre d wasn't flexible at all and forced us to choose the a la carte menu since one of us was vegetarian and we didn't want to choose vegetarian menu for the entire table (4p). I never encountered such inflexibility in restaurants of the same standart.
Nevertheless, our waiter was EXCELLENT! Extremely kind, professional and funny. Most definitely made our experience better.
The food was great. Even the 'simple' dishes tasted very good and the portions were much larger than expected.
