Specialità introvabile i ferraresi, panini all'olio a sfoglie ripiegate a mano. Non ne ho mai trovati di meglio. Presente anche la pasticceria fresca e secca ed un discreto reparto pizze al taglio. Il locale, da poco ristrutturato e rinnovato, si presenta moderno, molto curato e luminoso, ma soprattutto è caratterizzato da un grande banco in cui sono esposte a vista le tante prelibatezze offerte. La produzione è varia, e non si "limita" alla sola panificazione (da menzionare le storiche Rosette e tanti altri tipi di pane ? ai cereali, integrale ecc.). Infatti vengono prodotti, in maniera del tutto artigianale, dolci, torte, ottime pizzette (Margherita, salsiccia e friarielli ecc.), ed ancora primi piatti da asporto e secondi, e, nei periodi di festività quali Natale ? e Pasqua, vengono prodotti Panettoni e Colombe, classiche e personalizzate al cioccolato ?. I titolari così come il personale dipendente sono gentili e disponibili, ed in periodo di emergenza si sono distinti, insieme ad altre attività presenti nel quartiere, per il grande senso di sacrificio e per il grande impegno che hanno profuso perché tutti potessero avere i prodotti necessari per andare avanti. Il negozio è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi del trasporto locale, mentre il parcheggio ? dell'auto è un po' difficoltoso, benché ci siano garage custoditi nei paraggi.
