★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà anche un buon vino! Ma dovrebbero avere un rapporto con la clientela migliore come il loro vino. Telefonato, e dicono che è aperto orario d ufficio , faccio 30 km ed è chiuso! Telefono in ditta mi rispondono ( quindi sono all interno ed io fuori dal cancello) e mi dicono che devo prendere appuntamento. Questo si è ripetuto una seconda volta solo che mi rispondono che sono impegnati e devo richiamarli tra un ora!
Vergognoso, prendano un po’ dal loro vino.

It will also be a good wine! But they should have a better customer relationship like their wine. Called, and they say that office hours are open, I go 30 km and it is closed! Telephone in the company they answer (so I'm inside and I outside the gate) and they tell me that I have to make an appointment. This was repeated a second time only that they answer that they are busy and I have to call them back in an hour!
Shameful, take some of their wine.
