Costretti ad un primo colloquio via telefono (ricordo ero in coda in autostrada...), fin da subito ho avuto l'impressione che la recruiter credesse molto nel mio profilo (e devo dire, molto più dell'azienda stessa che poi mi ha assunto). E questo è stato molto importante, sia per la mia condizione che per il periodo (difficile) che stiamo vivendo. Successivamente la drsa mi è stata d'aiuto, sostenendomi e rispondendo a tutti i miei dubbi (affrontare una nuova esperienza professionale, seppur in età matura, non è mai un compito facile). Eppure Risorsa Umana ha sempre avuto un approccio proattivo e...direi anche oltre ciò che il "normale " (il virgolettato è voluto ed anche un pò polemico) compito delle società di recruiting normalmente offrono (ci sarebbe da aprire un mondo su questo argomento ma evito..). Per farla breve: non il solito recruiting freddo, asettico e con i classici 5 secondi di lettura CV. No, un immedesimarsi nella storia professionale del candidato e cercare di offrirla e proporla al meglio al Richiedente. Veramente (e lo dico con estrema sincerità...) una delle poche, pochissime società di selezione la cui esperienza posso nominare tra le più positive. Vi sono anche un paio di altri nomi, ma la restante maggioranza...tutte chiacchere e distintivo (per citare una battuta di un famoso film). Complimenti. I was able to change my job position with the help of Drsa Elisa Narducci. Forced to a first interview by phone (I remember I was in a queue on the highway ...), I immediately had the impression that the recruiter believed a lot in my profile (and I must say, much more than the company itself which then gave me hired). And this was very important, both for my condition and for the (difficult) period we are experiencing. Subsequently, the drsa helped me, supporting me and answering all my doubts (facing a new professional experience, albeit at a mature age, is never an easy task). Yet Risorsa Umana has always had a proactive approach and ... I would say even beyond what the "normal" (the quotation mark is wanted and also a little controversial) task of the recruiting companies normally offer (there would be a world to open on this topic but I avoid ..). In short: not the usual cold, aseptic recruiting with the classic 5 seconds of CV reading. No, to identify with the candidate's professional history and try to offer it and propose it to the Applicant in the best possible way. Truly (and I say this with extreme sincerity ...) one of the few, very few selection companies whose experience I can name among the most positive. There are also a couple of other names, but the remaining majority ... all chatty and distinctive (to quote a line from a famous film). Well done.
