La struttura dispone di ambienti accoglienti e curati, spazi aperti molto ampi e d'integrazione tra animali e visitatori in totale sicurezza. Dopo essere stati accolti con una deliziosa colazione bio, abbiamo seguito il percorso per conoscere e scoprire le caratteristiche e le abitudini degli animali dell’aia accompagnati da una guida esperta nel settore. Successivamente il percorso didattico manuale della visione dei cereali e della farina e la relativa preparazione dell’impasto per il pane, conclusasi con la cottura nel forno a legna. Una scuola all'aperto, un’esperienza emozionante dove i bambini sono stati a contatto con la natura e gli animali e hanno ampliato le loro conoscenze sull'origine dei prodotti che consumano. Quanto appreso è stato completato dalla degustazione guidata della pizza cotta al forno a legna e dalla cottura delle loro creazioni. La fattoria La Ripaia si è rivelato un luogo di apprendimento e laboratorio di esperienze pratiche, un’esperienza unica. Il percorso didattico si è rivelato divertente e stimolante. I accompanied some primary school classes to this charming educational farm. The structure has welcoming and well-cared for environments, wide open spaces for the integration of animals and visitors in total safety. After being greeted with a delicious organic breakfast, we followed the path to learn about and discover the characteristics and habits of the animals of the farmyard accompanied by an expert guide in the field. Subsequently, the manual didactic route for the viewing of cereals and flour and the relative preparation of the dough for bread, which ended with cooking in a wood-fired oven. An outdoor school, an exciting experience where children have been in contact with nature and animals and have expanded their knowledge of the origin of the products they consume. What was learned was completed by a guided tasting of pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven and by cooking their creations. La Ripaia farm turned out to be a place of learning and a laboratory of practical experiences, a unique experience. The educational path proved to be fun and stimulating.
