Scopriamo invece che hanno già ritirato una proposta senza informarci. We called last week to view a property, they confirmed their availability and requested (!) To call back no earlier than today. Instead, we discover that they have already withdrawn a proposal without informing us.

Vendono immobili senza avere tutta la documentazione e tutte le informazioni, è stato un inferno acquistate con loro, mi sono dovuto sostituire a loro nel reperire la documentazione o ci avremmo perso la caparra! E poi la vendita del mio appartamento...neanche quella, incapaci anche di fornire due informazioni ai possibili acquirenti, ed anche lì mi sono sostituito all’agente immobiliare... Sconsiglio vivamente! Zero stars can not be put to describe the professionalism of these gentlemen! They sell real estate without having all the documentation and all the information, it was a hell bought with them, I had to replace them in finding the documentation or we would have lost the deposit! And then the sale of my apartment ... not even that, unable even to provide two information to potential buyers, and even there I replaced the real estate agent ... I strongly advise against it!

Per i metri quadri, fate riferimento alla visura catastale che da qualche anno li riporta: Pretendete di averla subito e insistete se serve. Se c'è uno scarto grande nei mq tra annuncio e visura, prendete le vostre misure: probabilmente, scoprirete che la visura è accuratissima. Nel mio caso, un appartamento che compariva su tutti i portali come di 130 metri quadri commerciali e box incluso si è rivelato essere 112 mq e con box a parte. Ovviamente, mi hanno assicurato che 130 mq "c'erano assolutamente" e che si trattava di imprecisione da parte del catasto. Dopo molte insistenze, hanno corretto le informazioni relative alle dimensioni e alla presenza del box sui portali. Una chicca: se scorrete tra queste recensioni, ne trovate DUE a cinque stelle fatte... dal titolare! Check for yourself the data shown in the ads. For the square meters, refer to the cadastral survey that has reported them for a few years: Claim to have it immediately and insist if necessary. If there is a large gap in the square meters between the advertisement and the registration, take your measurements: you will probably find that the registration is very accurate. In my case, an apartment that appeared on all portals as 130 square meters commercial and garage included turned out to be 112 square meters and with separate garage. Obviously, they assured me that 130 square meters "were absolutely there" and that it was an imprecision on the part of the land registry. After much insistence, they corrected the information regarding the size and presence of the box on the portals. A gem: if you scroll through these reviews, you will find TWO five-star made ... by the owner!
