Il personale è estremamente gentile. Colazione e cena ottimi, costi tuttavia elevati. Buona la SPA. Non abbiamo potuto godere dell'esperienza degli operatori avendo due figli di 4 e 6 anni e costicchiando i trattamenti. Non adatto alle famiglie, principalmente per l'assenza di attività dedicate all'infanzia e per la clientela costituita in maggioranza da coppie e persone adulte. Un grazie di cuore al servizio ristorazione e alla professionalità del maitre Fabio,di Miriana ( risata molto contagiosa) e di Alice. Grazie ancora al cuoco che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze dato che ho varie intolleranze. Peccato per gli insetti troppi in zona piscina termale. posto tranquillo e rilassante. Il Mantra ripetuto dagli addetti era : `Abbiamo appena riaperto` ma questo non giustifica le aree esterne ed interne poco curate, la mancanza di un bar, le lunghe attese per essere serviti a colazione a causa della mancanza di personale (e di certo non per la normativa Covid). Il ristorante molto buono, il servizio un po' meno. Sicuramente il rapporto servizi prezzo non è dei migliori. Tariffa giornaliera di 20 euro al giorno per il cane sicuramente non economica. Prezzi minibar non indicati, extra al ristorante non controfirmati questo rallenta ulteriormente il check out. Consiglio di adeguare i prezzi ai servizi offerti. Indicated on the internet as 5 stars, I spent a few days with friends in this 4-star hotel. The mantra repeated by the staff was: `We have just reopened` but this does not justify the poorly maintained external and internal areas, the lack of a bar, the long waits to be served at breakfast due to the lack of staff (and certainly not for the Covid legislation). The restaurant very good, the service a little less. Surely the value for money is not the best. Daily rate of 20 euros per day for the dog definitely not cheap. Minibar prices not indicated, extras at the restaurant not countersigned this further slows down the check out. I recommend adjusting the prices to the services offered.

A great experience, yet an expensive indulgence on a bike trip... dinner was amazing, the pools and saunas were enjoyable, and the spa facilities were nice but with room for ambiance improvement. A bit pricey for what the spa has to offer.
