Little seriousness and scarce orgonization! Everything was missing from toilet paper to soap and sheets. An experience to forget and I will never go back

L appartamento molto ampio e luminoso con pulizia sanitari impeccabile. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale! Se si vuole staccare dal caos della città è il posto ideale.

Fantastic cottage nestled in the Umbrian vineyards, just minutes from the sea.
The apartment is very spacious and bright with impeccable sanitary cleaning. Staff always available and friendly! If you want to get away from the busy city it is the ideal place.
Rated 10+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo era tranquillo e di posizione comoda come mi aspettavo .
Purtroppo invece l'alloggio ha deluso le aspettative, rispetto ciò letto a riguardo :
- pulizia carente
- scomodità (bagno all'esterno , lavandino e bidet quasi inutilizzabili, doccia che allagava il bagno )
- lavanderia poco praticabile e lavatrice non funzionante
- millantate pulizie giornaliere mai viste
- gestori gentili ma poco presenti a richieste e bisogni
In conclusione luogo con potenziale ma purtroppo poco gestito, curato e valorizzato. Un vero peccato visto la bellezza del paesaggio e il bel giardino, la pace e la serenità.
The place was quiet and conveniently located as I expected.
Unfortunately, however, the accommodation has disappointed expectations, compared to what I read about it:
- poor cleaning
- inconvenience (bathroom outside, sink and bidet almost unusable, shower flooding the bathroom)
- impractical laundry and washing machine not working
- boasted daily cleaning never seen before
- kind managers but little present to requests and needs
In conclusion, a place with potential but unfortunately little managed, cared for and valued. A pity given the beauty of the landscape and the beautiful garden, the peace and serenity.

In alternativa all'aria condizionata (mancante), sarebbero necessarie la zanzariere.
Pulizia non perfetta.
Peccato, con maggiori attenzioni sarebbe una ricettività bellissima.
Beautiful renovated house, but lacking proper finishes.
As an alternative to air conditioning (missing), mosquito nets would be needed.
Not perfect cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto é molto tranquillo, a 10 minuti da Ortona. L'alloggio che abbiamo preso noi era quello mansardato con condizionatore, bello e attrezzato. Se manca qualcosa si può chiedere ai proprietari che passano giornalmente e sono disponibili. Se si hanno esigenze particolari, come animali o necessità di utilizzo del condizionatore durante l'assenza é bene telefonare e segnalare tali esigenze prima dell'arrivo. Consigliato.
The place is very quiet, 10 minutes from Ortona. The accommodation we took was the attic room with air conditioning, beautiful and equipped. If something is missing you can ask the owners who pass daily and are available. If you have special needs, such as animals or the need to use the air conditioner during your absence, it is advisable to call and report these needs before arrival. Recommended.
