L'operatore di turno, viene sfruttato al bisogno e poi allontanato con una qualunque scusa o accusa. Non ha modo di difendersi o far valere le proprie ragioni. Spesso si viene assunti durante i periodi festivi con contratti di tre mesi, finiti i quali si viene messi il più delle volte in condizione di andarsene. Il rinnovo o meno dipende molto dalla "simpatia" che prova il referente di turno nei tuoi confronti, servono a poco competenza ed esperienza. Anche riuscendo ad ottenere un contratto indeterminato, non è detto che non veniate allontani in seguito e vi ritroviate quindi a lavorare in luoghi molto più distanti e a svolgere tutt'altre mansioni. Si deve essere sempre reperibili e disponibili. I turni variano continuamente. Spesso mancano ore lavorate in busta paga. No control. Referrals do what they want. It is as if they are part of a sect. The coordinator gives them complete autonomy. The operator on duty is exploited when needed and then dismissed with any excuse or accusation. He has no way of defending himself or asserting his reasons. Often people are hired during the holidays with three-month contracts, after which they are more often than not allowed to leave. The renewal or not depends a lot on the "sympathy" that the contact person on duty feels towards you, they are of little use to competence and experience. Even if you manage to obtain a permanent contract, it is not certain that you will not be removed later and therefore find yourself working in much more distant places and carrying out completely different tasks. You must always be contactable and available. The shifts vary continuously. Often hours worked on the paycheck are missing.
