Il titolare era a conoscenza del fatto che dovessero essere posati al primo piano ma ha mandato solo due operai che non sono riusciti ad trasportare un serramento e abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto a vicini di casa ( il proprietario ha detto che non poteva permettersi di pagare più operai). Dopo mesi hanno installato le maniglie per la chiusura dall'esterno forando il vetro con una vite, abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione e, dopo due anni, non sono ancora passati a sostituirlo nonostante le continue telefonate e le mail inviate.
