"Sentitevi a casa" questo è il mantra che il proprietario continua a ripetere. Una delle frasi che mi ha colpito è stata "se vuoi un piatto di pasta, che ne so: due spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino, entri qua e me lo chiedi" come se lo stessi chiedendo ad un amico , ndr. È un posto molto informale e colorato, a prima impressione è come se stessi entrando in una tavola calda nel mezzo dell'antico West. Ma parliamo di cibo: ci sono i binari, i binari sono soluzioni monoporzione di polpette arricchite con aromi e ingredienti. Gli ingredienti sono ingredienti di stagione quindi i binari cambiano spesso. Se invece si vogliono provare tutte le polpette si può fare un percorso di assaggi (quello che ho fatto io) quando il gestore le ha portate a tavola, con tutto l'amore che ha per questo lavoro le ha presentate una ad una, spiegando anche da quale cominciare e quale finire. Pensavo che le polpette non mi avrebbero spaziato, ho mangiato tantissimo perché ho ordinato anche la lasagna di zucca e per la mia ragazza le orecchiette. Economico e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Con la prenotazione dovuta e le regole anti Covid rispettate dal personale che ci ha accolto, abbiamo avuto conferma di tutti i giudizi precedentemente fornitici. La location, è piccola, accogliente e piena di dettagli che non lasciano indifferenti i commensali. Quanto al food, il titolare, simpatico, disponibile e mai invadente, presenta il tour eno gastronomico che si sta intraprendendo, fornendo ogni spiegazione possibile. La "Polpetteria" di Corato, supporta i prodotti locali di qualità ed opportunamente si fregia del titolo di "Apulian Street Food". Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è onesto e giusto e pertanto merita un 10 senza riserve. In bocca al lupo per la vostra attività e che siate esempio di idee brillanti e proficue di cucina pugliese di gran qualitá.

Il posto guadagna un sacco di punti grazie anche alla grandissima cortesia del personale e del proprietario, che sa sempre come consigliarti. Si trova parcheggio nei dintorni. Ci tornerei! Cose da migliorare secondo me: introdurre il Pos per i pagamenti e mettere un po' più in evidenza i prezzi. Sooo good meatballs !!!! I recommend trying the "Verticale" or a taste of each meatball. La sensazione di aver scelto bene comincia dall'accoglienza calorosa: ci si sente tra amici. Dopo un risotto con caciocavallo podolico e cardoncelli, abbiamo scelto tra i 'binari' le polpette di funghi e melanzane su vellutata di peperone crusco e pollo alle erbe, per terminare con tortino con cuore di cioccolato fuso e cheesecake ai lamponi. Prezzi contenuti, qualità e simpatia caratterizzano La Polpetteria, dove tornare sarà un immenso piacere. A place where you can experience beautiful emotions, small but very colorful. Mi sono lasciato consigliare dal proprietario perche la scelta delle polpette era varia ed ero molto indeciso. Le polpette erano buonissime, eccezionali nell'abbinamento e nel gusto. Locale piccolino con pochi coperti, unica pecca che non si puo pagare con la carta. Il servizio é impeccabile e il proprietario é super amichevole. Comunque provate le polpette perche sono tutte eccezionali. Lo salvo tra i miei ristoranti preferiti e tornerò sicuramente. If you decide to eat there you'll taste delicate combination of traditional ingredients, an incredible reinterpretation of regional kitchen. Excellent wine selection, staff is friendly and professional. Not espencive.
