★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si presentano bene, vi accolgono presso i loro uffici e sembrano anche esser professionali poi, si affida loro il lavoro pagando tutto nei tempi richiesti e dopo solo 4 mesi, il nuovo impianto di riscaldamento è già pieno d’aria, segno evidente di un lavoro fatto frettolosamente e senza attenzione. Si richiede l’intervento per sistemare quanto mal installato e per 30’ scarsi, 72 € di fattura. Chiesta l’emissione della nota a credito, con buona dose di presa in giro rispondono che di fatto il problema è solo mio. Servizio buono, ma se volete qualcosa di professionale, assistenza compresa CERCATE ALTROVE!
They show up well, they welcome you in their offices and they seem to be professional then, they entrust their work paying for everything in the requested time and after only 4 months, the new heating system is already full of air, a clear sign of a job done hastily and without attention. It requires the intervention to fix how badly installed and for 30 'scarce, € 72 invoice. Asked to issue the note on credit, with a good deal of mockery they answer that in fact the problem is only mine. Good service, but if you want something professional, help including FIND OUT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presunzione, arroganza e maleducazione. Li ho consultati per un piccolo lavoro chiedendo un preventivo, ma essendo probabilmente un lavoro di importo troppo piccolo per le loro esigenze (credo un paio di centinaio di euro soltanto) dapprima non si sono neache degnati di rispondere alla mail di richiesta, e li ho dovuti sollecitare telefonicamente, quindi hanno risposto che erano oberati di lavoro e non potevano prenderne altri. Quando allora gli ho risposto che il mio lavoro non era urgente e poteva essere realizzato anche a lunga scadenza, pregandoli comunque di farmi il preventivo, hanno risposto --- ci dispiace ma al momento non è possibile -- senza firmarsi (neache alla prima risposta), senza salutare come normalmente fanno le persone educate e soprattutto le aziende corrette con personale corretto che trattano i clienti con le dovute regole di educazione e soprattutto di commercio. Non so se sono bravi ad installare caldaie (che tra l'altro dovrò installare l'anno prossimo, ma resterò alla larga da loro), ma sul piano umano e comportamentale da questo episodio posso dire che sono una nullità totale.
Presumption, arrogance and rudeness. I consulted them for a small job asking for a quote, but being probably a job too small for their needs (I think a couple of hundred euros only) at first they did not even deign to reply to the request email, and I have them had to solicit by phone, so they replied that they were overworked and could not take more. When then I replied that my work was not urgent and could be carried out even on a long-term basis, asking them to give me a quote anyway, they replied --- sorry but at the moment it is not possible - without signing (not even at the first answer) ), without saying goodbye as educated people normally do, and above all correct companies with correct staff who treat customers with the due rules of education and above all trade. I don't know if they are good at installing boilers (which by the way I will have to install next year, but I will stay away from them), but on a human and behavioral level from this episode I can say that I am a total nullity.
