Best Pizza I ate in Italy. The menu is written like a book. All ingredients are very well selected and special. High quality food from people who love to make a dream come true. The foods are an artwork. Staff is young, fast and friendly. Our third but for sure not last time. Thank you guys

Best pizza ever! Amazing place, where the menu is a magazine(!), make sure to try it if you are in the area, but make reservations as the wait can get long on weekends.

Really popular place in the pedestrian zone of Varese. It was very crowded, but it lived up to the hype. The homemade ravioli was fantastic. We also had the "discomposed" Macho Soft pizza - basil sauce on top with cherry tomato sauce and straciatella cheese in jars on the size. The pizza was excellent and very unique. Totally recommend this experience if you have a night in Varese.

Superb pizzeria. The concept of "pizza scomposta" -- where the mozzarella is served separately in a cup or simply on top of the pizza-- is very clever and prevents the dough from becoming mushy and soggy. It does get extremely busy here on Friday and Saturday night so do make a reservation or come early between 19.00 and 20.00 to avoid disappointment. Kitchen and waiting staff are extremely efficient. I also found the desserts on offer to be top notch.

There were so many bad things that I don’t know where to begin. 1. We had a reservation for 8pm. Came to the restaurant, and were welcomed by the long queue of people - all of which, too, had a reservation. Long story short, we got inside @9, and apparently, this is considered normal. Call me old-fashioned, I’m not up for it. Why to bother with the reservation system @all if you have to wait anyway? 2. It took approximately 30 minutes for a waitress to show up and take our order. No drinks. No appetiser. No staff taking care of us. Hm. 3. We dined @10pm. While this is “normal” for Italians, when I make a reservation for 8, I’d expect to dine earlier than that. 4. I had tuna tartare, and Pizza Soft Macho. Tuna tartare was bit fishy, had to add Balsamic on it. Pizza’s dough was not baked enough, and the edges were almost raw. No no no. My friend had Zolina pizza - and she felt sick afterwards. This place was recommended to us as a true Napoli pizza. It cannot be further from truth. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. C'erano così tante cose brutte che non so da dove cominciare. 1. Avevamo una prenotazione per le 20:00. Sisno arrivati al ristorante e dovevamo aspettare una lunga coda con le persone, anche loro avevano la prenotazione. Per farla breve, siamo entrati verso le 9, apparentemente, questo è considerato una cosa normale. Siamo forse abituati diversamente ma volevamo sedersi alle 8 2. Ci sono voluti circa 30 minuti per una cameriera di presentarsi e prendere il nostro ordine. Hm. 3. Abbiamo cenato @ 10pm. questo è "normale" per gli italiani? quando faccio una prenotazione per 8, mi aspetto di cenare prima. 4. Avevo tartare di tonno e Pizza Soft Macho. La tartare di tonno era un po 'sospesa, dovevo aggiungere balsamico. L'impasto della pizza non era abbastanza cotta e i bordi erano quasi crudi. No!! La mia amica aveva la pizza Zolina - dopo non stava bene.

Fantastic place with good atmosphere. Their journey through pizzas was one of my best experiences with italian quisine I ever had. Highly recommended for all tourist that appreciate good food. Remember to reserve a table few hours earlier - the place is very crowded.

I visit there last week What can I said ? : one word Great x 3! Wonderful materials , the owner is master, the team is great. Great pizza I will came again if I will be in the area , promise it to myself!

We had Pizza Burrata and Pizza Lalla with Stracciatella Dip. Lovely Pizzeria where you can dine under trees in the middle of the City center. It is more expensive than other places, but worth every Cent. I highly recommend it for a nice evening with your Family or Friends.
