★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre, la miglior piada di Torino… Provata oggi la versione con culatta, mozza di bufala e pathe’ d’olive… un tripudio! Gusti che si amalgamano con la pasta della piada, che è sempre super. La pausa pranzo veloce diventa un pasto gourmet.
Anche rispetto alle altre sedi della catena, che sono sempre ad alti livelli, qui in via cernaia si arriva sempre al top… forse c’entrano anche i sorrisi gentili delle ragazze dietro il bancone, e i loro occhi luminosi anche nelle giornate più incasinate! Bravi a tutti (maschietti compresi, ovviamente)!
As always, the best piada in Turin ... Try today the version with breech, buffalo mozzarella and pathe 'd'olive ... a riot! Tastes that blend with the piada pasta, which is always super. The quick lunch break becomes a gourmet meal.
Even compared to the other branches of the chain, which are always at high levels, here in via cernaia you always get to the top ... perhaps the kind smiles of the girls behind the counter also play a part, and their bright eyes even on the most messed up days! Good at all (including boys, of course)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale tiene le piadine in mano, a pochi centimetri dalla bocca, ed esce su strada urlando (sulla piadina) il numero del cliente. Non mi sembra molto igienico. Che poi non tengano neppure le mascherine indossate, è cosa ancora meno gradita.
The staff holds the wraps in their hands, a few centimeters from their mouth, and goes out on the street shouting (on the piadina) the customer's number. It doesn't seem very hygienic to me. That they do not even keep the masks they are wearing is even less welcome.
