★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera arriviamo davanti al locale alle ore 20.30 ma le serrande erano già abbassate sulla vetrina gli orari di chiusura indicano le 22.00. Non è la prima volta che ho un esperienza simile qualche mese fa arriviamo e al momento dell ordine la ragazza con aria molto seccata ci dice che loro tra 30 minuti chiudono e che quindi dobbiamo consumare fuori dal locale... Se questa è segno di professionalità....
Last night we arrived in front of the restaurant at 20.30 but the shutters were already lowered on the window the closing times indicate 22.00. It is not the first time that I have a similar experience a few months ago we arrive and at the time of ordering the girl with a very annoyed air tells us that they will close in 30 minutes and therefore we must eat outside the club ... Abbiamo provato la pausa pranzo.Ordinato tramite touch all'ingresso con cicalino numerico che segnala l'avvenuta preparazione dell'ordine punto a favore del locale. Ci sediamo all'interno temperatura bassa per non dire freddo tanto che tutta la clientela mangia con il giubbotto. Non ci viene igienizzato ne pulito il tavolo. Ci vengono date le piadine e le bibite in bottiglia niente alla spina in mano una volta pronte, nessun vassoio o altro. Piadine buone nulla da dire, nessun menu con patatine fritte o altro,solo piadine. 2 piadine 1 coca 1 acqua 20 euro, 0 servizio. Al momento molta strada da fare, forse riproveremo più avanti quando più maturi.

We tried the lunch break.Ordered via touch at the entrance with a numeric buzzer that signals the successful preparation of the order, point in favor of the restaurant. We sit inside, low temperature not to mention cold so that all the customers eat with the jacket. The table is neither sanitized nor cleaned. We are given the wraps and bottled drinks, nothing on tap in hand once they are ready, no tray or anything else. Good wraps, nothing to say, no menu with fries or anything, just wraps. 2 wraps 1 coke 1 water 20 euros, 0 service. At the moment a long way to go, perhaps we will try again later when more mature.

da dove iniziare? il personale che gira per la cucina con la mascherina sotto al naso, il cliente che attende di portare via il suo roll take away e intanto si concede di fare una telefonata all' interno del locale con la mascherina sotto al mento (e nessuno del personale del locale lo riprende) oppure il fatto che dopo aver pagato un supplemento per il roll in modo da avere piu farcitura, quest' ultimo risulta tale e quale ad una normale piadina ma semplicemente arrotolata... non ci siamo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato per la prima volta la piadina in questo locale sabato sera, nonostante il locale molto affollato, piadine di ottima qualità e soli 3 minuti di attesa.
Locale pulito, personale simpatico e cortese, ti fanno sentire a casa.
Super consigliato
I tried the piadina for the first time in this place on Saturday night, despite the very crowded place, excellent quality wraps and only 3 minutes of waiting.
Clean place, nice and courteous staff, they make you feel at home.

In cassa la cassiera non spiega se esiste un menu .
Tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi .
Si sono dimenticati una piadina e di conseguenza abbiamo mangiato e mio marito aspettava che arrivasse la sua.
Nessun vassoio 1 tovagliolo a testa .
40€ per 4 piadine e 4 bibite (2 coca cola da 450 ml) 1,50€ a testa per avere una piadina arrotolata!!!
Giustamente la cassiera non ha comunicato il costo aggiuntivo.
I tavoli fuori con il piano di appoggio a listelli e quindi bibite a terra ...
Le macchine che ci passavano a 50 cm dalla sedia perché l'area esterna non è delimitata e chiusa al traffico.
Nessuno a passato i tavoli o disinfettante i tavoli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale bellissimo e ben gestito. Personale cordiale e assolutamente all'altezza del ruolo ricoperto. Pulito ed igienizzato con i dovuti. Prodotti di qualità e piadina quasi fedele a quella Romagnola.
Beautiful and well managed place. Friendly staff who absolutely live up to their role. Clean and sanitized with due. Quality products and piadina almost faithful to that of Romagna.
