Mi ripresento per gustare il mio crescione con il crudo, mi viene detto che non si può perché viene salato.
Replico che lo so ma che lo mangio da anni e lo voglio così. Mi rispondono che non lo fanno.
Personalmente penso che indipendentemente dalle motivazioni se un cliente vuole un ingrediente va messo.
Ora sto mangiando un crescione al crudo da un'altra parte.
Le 4 stelle sono di fiducia perché ho rivisto in cucina le facce che ero abituato a vedere quindi sono certo sia ancora buono (ne meriterebbero 5 loro).

I come back to taste my cress with raw, I am told that it is not possible because it is salty.
I reply that I know but that I have been eating it for years and I want it that way. They tell me they don't.
Personally I think that regardless of the reasons, if a customer wants an ingredient it must be put.
Now I'm eating raw watercress elsewhere.
The 4 stars are trusted because I have reviewed the faces in the kitchen that I was used to seeing so I am sure it is still good (they deserve 5).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente la piadina di Cristina, quella senza glutine non ha eguali. Sono rimasta estasiata quando ho potuto assaggiarla con crudo e squacquerone, ottima , buonissima posso dire di non averne mai mangiata una così!
I highly recommend Cristina's piadina, the gluten-free one has no equal. I was delighted when I was able to taste it with raw and squacquerone, excellent, very good I can say that I have never eaten one like this!
