★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoiled our trip to Taormina and it was the worst accommodation we stayed in Sicily. It was overpriced for what it was, dirty and they were advertising the top floor "apartment" to offer two bedrooms. The second bedroom was tiny (around 2-3 square meters maximum), as there was only room for a single bed and no space around to move, while it was freezing, as there was no heat available. The owners try to show goodwill in order to obviously avoid the bad reviews, but it was one of the worst experiences all the years I travel. So I felt the need to share it.

Negative: Nothing not to like, but if we wanted to be pedantic - it would be great if the door to the bedroom had a blackout curtain or the door and paneling to the front had a curtain as the sun shines right onto you in the mornings..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The apartment was spacious and very clean, which helped us to unwind. The location was ideal. It was very close to the main street but just outside the old city walls so we were surrounded by more locals than tourists. The main parking structure is also very close if needed. Elena was very welcoming and helpful with information.. Negative: Although Elena provides passes to park on the city streets, parking there is at your own peril. The streets are extremely narrow and the probability of your car getting damaged is pretty high. Fortunately, the parking structure is very close and is worth the money if you didn't take out the insurance on your rental car..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We liked the central location of this tiny sweet apartment in the center of Taormina. It felt like home, the apartment is clean and very comfortable, it s ideal for 2 persons. If you stay longer in Taormina and don't want to eat always outside then it s great because you have your own kitchen here. There is a big supermarket close to the apartment. Elena is very helpful and always there for your questions. Getting the home keys and checkout was super easy. A big extra was Elenas help for parking, because it s a little bit difficult to get a parking place.. Negative: Maybe for the price it would be nice to have breakfast included..
