★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente mi aspettavo veramente un qualcosa di nuovo e di innovativo tornando a San leone e vedendo questo bel locale tutto nuovo e tirato a lucido mi son detto wow finalmente qualcuno che crede ed investe sul nostro territorio !!
Ma Purtroppo nella vita non basta solamente credere..
Bisogna lavorare, saper ascoltare e leggere nello sguardo del cliente, 1h di attesa per delle orrende "croquettes" miste di variotipo fredde !
Il simpatioco cameriere ha fatto del suo meglio nel spiegarmi i piatti del giorno (naturalmente non esistevano menù con prezzi e dettagli di cosa si stava ordinando) , quasi nessuna scelta, e tutto cio con nessun tipo di servizio di mise en place a tavola che sarebbe il minimo ed indispensabile per cenare ..
Infine vorrei semplicemente invitare i gestori a rivedere la loro idea di lounge e di lavorare veramente sul cliente e sulla Professionalità del personale, che è a dir poco inesistente...

Honestly, I was really expecting something new and innovative coming back to San Leone and seeing this nice new and polished place I said to myself wow finally someone who believes and invests in our territory !!
But unfortunately in life it is not enough to just believe ..
You have to work, know how to listen and read in the eyes of the customer, an hour of waiting for horrendous "croquettes" mixed of cold various types!
The friendly waiter did his best in explaining the dishes of the day to me (of course there were no menus with prices and details of what was being ordered), almost no choice, and all this with any kind of mise en place service at the table that would be the minimum and essential to dine ..
Finally I would simply like to invite the managers to review their idea of lounge and to really work on the customer and on the professionalism of the staff, which is nothing short of non-existent ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due stelle solo per la location. Per il servizio il prezzo e altro.... In 5 hanno portato stuzzichini forse per due e tre stuzzicadenti. Il prezzo degli aperitivi e esagerato visto che non e corrisposto da qlk stuzzichino e nemmeno una crocchetta a testa. Servizio mediocre
Two stars only for the location. For the service, the price and more .... 5 of them brought snacks for maybe two and three toothpicks. The price of the aperitifs is exaggerated since it is not paid by qlk appetizers and not even a croquette each. Mediocre service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disorganised team. It was told us to seat, we ordered our drinks and then a waiter told us to leave because they needed a table for a booking.
We were basically forced to pay for our drinks even though we were kicked out of our table.
