Con te sono stati antipatici con me molto peggio.
Il 6 giugno acquisto un paio di sandali ma a casa li riprovo e realizzo che non mi stanno bene. Il giorno dopo chiamo per chiedere se posso sostituirli e mi dicono di si. Oggi in negozio mi obiettano che ho sporcato le suole. Impossibile li ho tenuti addosso 5 minuti in camera davanti allo specchio... : le scarpe si sporcano leggermente nelle numerose prove in negozio! infatti me ne mostra un paio per sostenere che in negozio sono pulite ...ed erano sporche allo stesso modo!!! Fatto sta che stufa di essere umiliata in negozio faccio per riprendermi scarpe e scontrino ma mi bloccano continuando a sostenere la tesi che ho sporcato la suola!! Insisto per tratterenere le MIE scarpe ma niente non me le lasciano, a quel punto gli lascio scarpe, scontrino e buono e me ne vado. Risultato: mi hanno rubato 170 euro ma perso ogni credibilità di persone che rispettano e servono con onestà i clienti. Nb: sono, anzi ero ormai, cliente del negozio da qualche anno!!!

On June 6 I buy a pair of sandals but at home I try them again and I realize that they don't suit me. The next day I call to ask if I can replace them and they tell me yes. Today in the shop I object that I have soiled the soles. Impossible I kept them 5 minutes in the room in front of the mirror ...: the shoes get slightly dirty in the numerous tests in the shop! in fact he shows me a couple to claim that in the shop they are clean ... and they were dirty in the same way !!! The fact is that I get tired of being humiliated in the shop and I take back shoes and receipt but they block me by continuing to support the thesis that I have soiled the sole !! I insist to keep MY shoes but nothing they don't leave me, at that point I leave them shoes, receipt and good and I go. Result: they stole 170 euros from me but lost all credibility of people who respect and serve customers with honesty. Nb: I am, indeed I was now, a customer of the shop for a few years !!!

Negozio di abbigliamento e calzature elegante, prodotti di alta qualità con prezzi medio/alti in linea con i marchi trattati.
Lo staff cordiale, disponibile, preparato ed attento ai particolari.
Per i più piccoli "L'elefantino Rosa" lo consiglio, stessa cortesia e stesso metodo, come pure per "Emozioni" by La Perla.
The location "La Perla" is splendid, captivating windows!
Elegant clothing and footwear shop, high quality products with medium / high prices in line with the brands.
The friendly, helpful, prepared and attentive to detail staff.
For the little ones I recommend "L'elefantino Rosa", same courtesy and same method, as well as for "Emozioni" by La Perla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato all'Elefantino Rosa che è il reparto per i bambini. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato. sanno relazionarsi molto bene con i bambini. Abbiamo acquistato due paia di new balance e degli stivali da pioggia. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Hanno anche qualche capo di abbigliamento. Torneremo sicuramente.
We purchased at the Elefantino Rosa which is the children's department. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. they know how to relate very well to children. We bought two pairs of new balance and rain boots. We were satisfied. They also have a few items of clothing. We will definitely be back.
