Il vino della casa scelto, come da richiesta è di 12€ a bottiglia. Resta un prezzo non commisurato, sono troppi soldi. Soprattutto, venire a visitare Vicenza nel weekend e mangiare prodotti nel menù che non sono locali è un peccato. Capisco il costo delle materie prime ma sono certo che avete, perché vengo per lavoro 3 giorni a settimana, ottime carni locali, ottimi vini e grappe del posto, prodotti di prima categoria e il conto in 2 è del 50%. Per me trovare solo carni straniere nel menù è una nota dolente, non un motivo di vanto. La mia insoddisfazione rappresenta 1 stella. It remains a non commensurate price, it is too much money. Above all, coming to visit Vicenza on the weekend and eating products on the menu that are not local is a shame. I understand the cost of raw materials but I'm sure you have, because I come for work 3 days a week, excellent local meats, excellent local wines and grappa, first-class products and the bill in 2 is 50%. For me, finding only foreign meats on the menu is a sore point, not a cause for pride. My dissatisfaction represents 1 star. Greetings

La scelta in menù e fuori menù è in grado di incontrare tutti i gusti e desideri dei commensali spaziando dalla carne al pesce. Materie prime eccellenti, cantina ben fornita e ben consigliata dal sommelier, meritevole anche il vassoio del pane e grissini a conferma dell'attenzione per i piccoli particolari. Questa sera abbiamo chiuso un menu perfetto di pesce con gli immancabili ed originali sorbetti ed una degustazione di rum e cioccolato. Rapporto qualità prezzo vincente ma anche la quantità è generosa. Servizio premuroso e professionale complimenti a Valeria e tutto il suo staff. Evenings at the Pergola are always a guarantee. The choice on the menu and off the menu is able to meet all the tastes and desires of diners, ranging from meat to fish. Excellent raw materials, well-stocked cellar and well recommended by the sommelier, also worthy of the bread tray and breadsticks confirming the attention to small details. Tonight we closed a perfect fish menu with the inevitable and original sorbets and a rum and chocolate tasting. Winning value for money but also the quantity is generous. L'antipasto di molluschi aveva troppa gratinatura, imbevuta di olio e con poco sapore. Il rombo al forno era insipido: mi aspettavo una salsina di accompagnamento, invece si perdeva tra verdure varie con capperi e olive che stonavano per il sapore troppo invasivo. I cannoli al pistacchio e cioccolato non erano croccanti, sapevano di fritto ed erano duri. Non mi sento di consigliare questo ristorante. The wait was far too long, both at the beginning and between one dish and another. Then the courses arrived "out of phase" with respect to the orders. The shellfish starter had too much gratin, soaked in oil and little flavor. The baked turbot was bland: I was expecting an accompanying sauce, instead it got lost among various vegetables with capers and olives that clashed with the too invasive flavor. The pistachio and chocolate cannoli were not crunchy, tasted like fried and were hard. I don't feel like recommending this restaurant.
