★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangerei la pizza de “La Pergola” ogni giorno e magari anche due volte al giorno, se non fosse per il timore di ritrovarmi , in breve tempo, rotondo come l’omino della Michelin. La pizza ha un gusto antico, sa di buono e di sana artigianalita’. In una parola: STRATOSFERICA. La pizza più buona del mondo? Probabile. P.s. Digestione veloce e senza problemi.
I would eat the pizza at "La Pergola" every day and maybe even twice a day, were it not for the fear of finding myself, in a short time, as round as the Michelin man. The pizza has an ancient taste, tastes good and healthy craftsmanship. In one word: STRATOSPHERIC. The best pizza in the world? Likely. P.s. Fast and trouble-free digestion.

Si Lavora molto sull'asporto. La pizza è per me una delle migliori degli ultimi anni, sia per impasto che per condimenti. Complimenti. Continuate così.
