I brought my 4-legged friend here who found a friendly and exceptional environment (not an easy one), the owner is an extremely professional and friendly person but above all an animal lover who treats them as if they were his own by filling them with care and attention, not to mention excellent quality products and cleanliness of the premises. Il mio cane ha sviluppato un'otite grave per un'asciugatura non corretta e ora ha perso l'udito. È inaccettabile. Inoltre le unghie non sono state minimamente tagliate, sono stata costretta a riportare il cane pochi giorni dopo da un altro toelettatore. Grooming done poorly and with little regard for an older dog. My dog developed severe otitis from improper drying and has now lost his hearing. It is unacceptable. Also the nails were not cut in the least, I was forced to take the dog back a few days later to another groomer.
