★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho visitato questa pasticceria per caso e penso di essere stato molto fortunato perchè a partire dalla granita classica fatta con amore e deliziosa, ma quando ho assaggiato i cannoli con la crema di pistacchio ho capito che questo signore oltre ad essere un grande professionista ha anche la capacità di trasferire l'amore per la sua terra nei prodotti che sforna. La crema al pistacchio è avvolgente ed allo stesso tempo delicata con una persistenza di gusto unica, e qui pensavo di aver raggiunto il massimo, ma con una mossa a sorpresa mi ha fatto assaggiare anche i cannoli classici e qui ho spiccato praticamente il volo in un mondo di qualità gusto e leggerezza. Un'esperienza veramente unica e da consigliare a tutti coloro che passano da Racalmuto per vedere i posti del grande Sciascia.

The pistachio cream is enveloping and at the same time delicate with a persistence of unique taste, and here I thought I had reached the maximum, but with a surprise move it also made me taste the classic cannoli and here I practically took flight in a world of quality, taste and lightness. A truly unique experience and to be recommended to all those who pass by Racalmuto to see the places of the great Sciascia.

La consiglio in particolare nel periodo di fine ottobre ,inizi di novembre, se dovete acquistare i dolcetti del periodo ,che in Sicilia sono legati alla commemorazione dei defunti
Find the best taralli ever. Very varied mignon pastry, all good, with well-reproduced traditional products. I found a lot of kindness and availability. I recommend it in particular in the period of late October, early November, if you have to buy the sweets of the period, which in Sicily are linked to the commemoration of the dead.
