Ma la cosa che più mi ha offeso è stato lo sguardo del commerciante, che con sufficienza "forse" mi avrebbe cambiato il prodotto. Mi sono ripresa la merce e mi sono ripromessa che in quel negozio non ci avrei più messo piede. Bene! Analizzando poi la confezione ho scoperto che era integra. Se solo il commerciante avesse guardato meglio non avrebbe perso una buona cliente ed avuto una pessima recensione.
I asked to change an item and was wrongly accused of having unpacked it. But the thing that offended me most was the look of the merchant, who with enough "maybe" would have changed my product. I took back the goods and promised myself that I would never set foot in that shop again. Good! Then analyzing the package I found that it was intact. If only the merchant had looked better he would not have lost a good customer and had a bad review.
