No frills, simple and essential, but with all the necessary equipment. Rich program schedule, very competitive prices and qualified and friendly staff.

Del resto sconsiglio vivamente questa "palestra" gestita da persone a dir poco presuntuose, arroganti ed incivili.
Meglio non avere a che fare con questi personaggi.
A star only for the instructors, very nice and prepared.
After all, I strongly advise against this "gym" run by people who are nothing short of presumptuous, arrogant and uncivilized.
Better not have to deal with these characters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti gli istruttori, sono ragazzi e ragazze giovani e in gamba. Se provi e trovi il corso che fa per te, scopri un ambiente giusto non solo per la salute e la forma fisica. Si sta bene e ci si tiene in forma piacevolmente.
All the instructors are young and smart boys and girls. If you try and find the course that's right for you, you discover a right environment not only for health and fitness. You feel good and keep fit nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bella l'atmosfera che si è creata intorno a questo ambiente. C'è sia la possibilità di fare dei corsi che quella di allenarsi per conto proprio. Le attrezzature non mancano. Unica pecca solo molto affollato in orari clue, com'è normale che sia dopotutto.
Very nice atmosphere that has been created around this environment. There is the opportunity to take courses but to work out on their own. The equipment is not lacking. The only flaw is only very crowded at busy times, as it is normal that it is after all.
