Una menzione perticolare per Zoe, una simpaticissima cagnolina che adora giocare coi bambini. Il centro città è raggiungibile in 5 minuti. In definitiva.... Una piacevole scoperta! Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for peace and quiet. The staff is very welcoming, discreet and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A special mention for Zoe, a very nice little dog who loves to play with children. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes. Ultimately .... A pleasant discovery!

Ci ritorneremo sicuramente Gorgeous place in the middle of the green. Especially nice the cat and the dog Zoe very wonderful. The owner Claudio nice kind and helpful. We will definitely be back
A	Ada Pizzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno di una stella.... Abbiamo lasciato appena entrati, uno sfacelo. Abbiamo prenotato due camere una per 4 e una per due con splendida colazione inclusa. Le foto viste erano bellissime....la realtà molto meno....siamo rimasti senza parole e dalle foto che allegherò capirete. In un seminterrato veniamo accolti da una gentile signora che ci mostra le camere ma senza soffermarsi sul particolare che entrambe non avevano ne finestre ne condizionatori. La magnifica colazione era a fai da te con latte del discount e roba del genere .... Gli asciugamani residui bellici come le lenzuola tutte diverse dei tre letti. La signor mi dice, come fosse normale, ::" ha le piastrine per le zanAre? Qui ce ne stanno tante!". Nella mia borsa che ha percorso oltre 600 km purtroppo non ha incluso i fornellini contro le zanzare, peccato. Richiamo la signora perché gli asciugamani oltre che logori sono anche solo tre...... chiediamo ci venga data una camera consona ad un alloggio prenotato e non c è. Comunque, ripreso le valige e andati al trove. Non si può pensare che gente che si concede con sacrificio due giorni di relax in un posto splendido come Viterbo debba accontentarsi di accamparsi e soffocare nella nottata, brutta cosa questa che ci è capitata. Less than a star .... We left as soon as we entered, a ruin. We booked two rooms one for 4 and one for two with splendid breakfast included. The photos seen were beautiful .... the reality much less .... we were speechless and from the photos that I will attach you will understand. In a basement we are greeted by a kind lady who shows us the rooms but without dwelling on the detail that both had no windows or air conditioners. The magnificent breakfast was DIY with discount milk and stuff .... Remnants of war towels as well as the different sheets of the three beds. The lady tells me, as if it were normal, :: "Do you have the platelets for the zanAre? Here there are so many!". In my bag that has traveled over 600 km unfortunately did not include the stoves against mosquitoes, too bad. I recall the lady because the towels as well as being worn are also only three ...... we ask that we be given a room suitable for a booked accommodation and there is none. Anyway, I picked up my bags and went to the trove. One cannot think that people who sacrifice themselves two days of relaxation in a splendid place like Viterbo should be content with camping and suffocating in the night, a bad thing that happened to us.

Quiet area not far from the center of Viterbo. The apartment is nice and has some greenery at the entrance. For those who want absolute silence.
C	Cristian Antinori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che negativa :Camera ricavata in un garage con una misera finestra all'ingresso sensa aria condizzionata, muffa ovunque, gel saponi usati da altre persone, colazione con prodotti di eurospin ecc ecc... lunica cosa positiva il titolare gentilissimo ? More than negative experience: Room created in a garage with a poor window at the entrance without air conditioning, mold everywhere, gel soaps used by other people, breakfast with Eurospin products etc etc ... the only positive thing is the very kind owner ?
P	Paola Vitagliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe stato anche bello provare, visto che andiamo spesso a Viterbo,peccato che il proprietario non ci ha conservato la camera.mio marito aveva già scritto tempo fa per prenotare e solo oggi a distanza di pochi giorni dal viaggio ci dice che non ha la disponibilità. Questo scusate non è un buon servizio. Di sicuro non lo proveremo mai. It would also have been nice to try, since we often go to Viterbo, it's a pity that the owner didn't keep the room for us.My husband had already written some time ago to book and only today after a few days from the trip he tells us that he does not have the availability . Sorry this is not good service. We will certainly never try it.
