Un appel à la pizzeria qui répond que c'est à cause du trafic... un scooter italien bloqué dans le trafic!!!!???! Très très mauvais, à éviter absolument !!! Zero !!!! Ordinando le pizze con uber eats sono arrivate sprovviste della maggior parte degli ingredienti che oltre tutto ci hanno fatto pagare in sovrapprezzo perché sostituite con una delle pizze di cui non avevano gli ingredienti. Mi chiedo perché non dirci che non avevano gli ingredienti pure delle altre due pizze e mandarle piuttosto vuote? Al nostro mal contento la pizzeria inoltre si è pure presa gioco di noi senza trovare delle soluzioni adeguate, che abbiamo dovuto proporre noi! Alla fine dopo diversi ligigi avvenuti per telefono ci è stato tornato ciò che ci spettava. Se non volete discutere e farvi prendere in giro scappate! Due sono arrivare completamente scondite, mancanti di tre ingredienti della pizza(prosciutto, noci e funghi freschi )la terza quasi solo di base della pasta per la scarsa quantità di condimento. Quindi immangiabile. Le pizze prevedevano ognuna, come indicato nel menù, di burratina di 200grammi che invece abbiamo trovato divisa nelle tre pizze. Quando l'ho contattato per chiedere spiegazioni mi ha risposto che non aveva più gli ingredienti previsti nella pizza scelta e non li ha messi. Solo dopo un'accesa discussione ha provveduto a rimborsarci il valore degli ingredienti mancanti. I ordered 3 pizzas with Uber eats service. Personale gentile e il servizio efficiente e veloce (io la sono andata a prendere di persona). Comunque nella norma.... Ho molto apprezzato il servizio offerto della salsa divisa dalle patatine nell' apposito contenitore. I ordered margherita pizza and some sweet chips with sauce. Good quality price!
