j	just acab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio carino, è stato veloce spedire il mio pacco con UPS, siccome è un UPS access point. Un po' caro forse per le spedizioni di lettere nice service, it was quick to send my package with UPS, as it is a UPS access point. A little expensive perhaps for mailing
C	Concetta Zuccarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!!! mi sono affidata a loro per la spedizione di un pacco martedì 9 febbraio 2021 con necessità d'arrivo in Sicilia per sabato 13...da subito mi è stata proposta l'alternativa più cara per la spedizione quella con corriere espresso ,perché non mi assicuravano l'arrivo del pacco entro 5 giorni, quindi ero costretta a pagare di più (anche se per altre spedizioni,sempre da loro mi è stato detto che i pacchi nelle isole arrivano in 2gg mentre nel resto d'Italia dopo un solo giorno dalla spedizione)...Il pacco in solo 2 giorni è arrivato si, ma completamente distrutto....Ho telefonato in posta per avere delucidazioni in merito e guarda un po' mi risponde direttamente la titolare, persona dapprima gentile ma subito dopo aver detto ciò che mi era successo si è appesa a mille scuse dando colpa a corrieri di mezza Italia...al che ho preso parola e la signora mi ha subito zittito dicendomi che loro colpa nn avevano perché lavorano benissimo , la colpa era da ricercare da qualche altra parte e io da lei cosa pretendevo la restituzione dei soldi? carissima titolare io nn ho mai chiesto nulla, ho solo segnalato ciò che mi era successo e ho deciso di fare questa recensione solo per i suoi modi spocchiosi e molto arroganti, sia più umile che l'universo risponde.... Bad experience !!!! I relied on them to ship a package on Tuesday 9 February 2021 with the need to arrive in Sicily on Saturday 13 ... immediately I was offered the most expensive alternative for shipping by express courier, because I don't ensured the arrival of the package within 5 days, so I was forced to pay more (even if for other shipments, I was always told by them that the packages in the islands arrive in 2 days while in the rest of Italy after only one day from shipping) ... The package arrived in just 2 days, yes, but completely destroyed .... I phoned the post office to have clarifications on the matter and look a bit, the owner answers me directly, a kind person at first but immediately after saying what had happened to me hung on a thousand excuses blaming couriers from half of Italy ... to which I took the floor and the lady immediately silenced me by telling me that they were not at fault because they work very well, the fault was to be sought from some other party and I d what did I expect to get the money back? Dearest owner I never asked for anything, I only reported what had happened to me and I decided to do this review only for his snooty and very arrogant ways, both humbler that the universe responds ....
