★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato un pacco REGOLARE nelle dimensioni e ci hanno detto che purtroppo le dimensioni erano fuori standard e che quindi anziché pagare 6,2 ne voremmo dovuti pagare 11 e oltretutto pagando una sovrattassa per zona remota. Decidiamo di andare in posta, le misure sono più che regolari per pacco ordinario e al peso il pacco pesava 3,280 kg.... ottima politica per fregare il cliente occasionale.... peccato che noi speriamo spesso.... beh per stesso servizio in posta 13.90 da loro 24.....
We brought a REGULAR package in size and they told us that unfortunately the size was out of standard and that instead of paying 6.2 we would have to pay 11 and moreover paying a surcharge for remote area. We decide to go to the post office, the measurements are more than regular for an ordinary package and the weight of the package weighed 3,280 kg .... excellent policy to fool the occasional customer .... too bad we often hope .... mail service 13.90 from them 24 .....
