★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA avuta in questa officina: Personale strafottente e poco professionale, mi hanno graffiato 2 cerchioni in lega su 4 con lo smontagomme, dicendomi pure che i cerchioni vengono graffiati allo stesso modo in tutte le officine (cosa assolutamente falsa!).
Un signore anziano mi ha sollevato l'auto con il cric mobile senza gomma protettiva, non nel punto corretto di sollevamento dell'auto, facendomi saltare un pezzo di vernice della carrozzeria.
L'indomani con la luce del giorno, mi accorgo che mi avevano montato una gomma anteriore al contrario con il lato inside messo esternamente, e i pesi per l'equilibratura erano attaccati lentissimi direttamente sopra lo sporco del cerchione senza neanche pulire la piccola parte di cerchione per farli incollare meglio, (li avrei persi subito!).
Una valvola non l'avevano sostituita, lasciandomi quella vecchia.
Arrabbiato e deluso per i cerchioni graffiati, non mi hanno neanche voluto completare il lavoro della convergenza perché il personale (con il consenso del figlio del titolare), hanno detto che avrebbero continuato a graffiare i cerchioni in lega a causa degli attrezzi da appoggiare nei cerchioni stessi.
L'indomani ho dovuto portare l'auto in un altra officina per fare la convergenza, l'inversione del pneumatico montato errato, e ho dovuto rifare l'equilibratura.

An elderly man lifted my car with the mobile jack without protective rubber, not in the correct lifting point of the car, causing me to blow off a piece of body paint.
The next day with the light of day, I notice that they had mounted a front tire upside down with the inside side placed externally, and the balancing weights were attached very slowly directly above the dirt of the rim without even cleaning the small part of the rim to make them glue better, (I would have lost them immediately!).
They hadn't replaced a valve, leaving me the old one.
Angry and disappointed by the scratched rims, they didn't even want me to complete the convergence work because the staff (with the consent of the owner's son) said they would continue to scratch the alloy rims due to the tools to be placed in the rims. themselves.
The next day I had to take the car to another workshop to do the convergence, the reversal of the incorrectly mounted tire, and I had to redo the balancing.
