Un annesso impianto di biogas, che sfrutta anche tutte le deiezioni bovine prodotte in azienda, per produrre energia alettrica; in parte usata direttamente in azienda, in parte immessa nella rete nazionale ne completa la struttura.Viene anche sfruttata l'acqua calda proveniente dal raffreddamento del potente motore che genera energia elettrica, per i vari usi aziendali : riscaldamento, lavaggio sala di mungitura, lavaggio mammelle delle vacche prima della mungitura.

An attached biogas plant, which also uses all the bovine manure produced on the farm, to produce electricity; partly used directly on the farm, partly fed into the national network, it completes the structure. Hot water from the cooling of the powerful engine that generates electricity is also used, for the various company uses: heating, milking parlor washing, washing udders of cows before milking.
