Fin da subito Roberta e la sua mamma sono state disponibilissime e pazienti nell'aiutarci nella scelta. Siamo rimasti in sospeso per 1 anno e mezzo causa covid, abbiamo dovuto ristampare le partecipazioni ma Roberta era sempre presente anche se non ci potevamo vedere. Le bomboniere bellissime, sia quelle degli invitati che quelle dei testimoni; confezionate benissimo e I confetti deliziosi. Non mi resta che fare i complimenti e dire che sicuramente ritorneremo da voi per la prossima occasione! We got to know this shop by chance while we were looking for our wedding favors. Right from the start Roberta and her mother were extremely available and patient in helping us in the choice. We were suspended for 1 year and a half due to covid, we had to reprint the shares but Roberta was always there even if we couldn't see each other. The beautiful favors, both those of the guests and those of the witnesses; very well packaged and delicious sugared almonds. I just have to congratulate you and say that we will definitely come back to you for the next occasion!

Purtroppo ho avuto poco tempo per recarmi di persona in negozio, ma Roberta e sua mamma sono state deliziose nell'aiutarmi a scegliere e nel gestirmi a distanza. Roberta paziente, mi ha consigliato i gusti dei confetti facendoli assaggiare, ha fugato i miei dubbi sullo stile delle partecipazioni e...il giorno del mio matrimonio le bomboniere hanno riscosso successo, già solo per la confezione: spiaceva aprirle! È stato tutto perfetto , oltre le nostre aspettative , inoltre le bomboniere sono state spedite e quindi anche dopo aver affrontato un viaggio lungo sono risultate perfette . Decidemmo di affidarci a La Novia Bomboniere e ci rendemmo subito conto che mai scelta fù più giusta! Il personale si è messo subito a nostra disposizione con pazienza e professionalità, ma anche con gentilezza e simpatia, aiutandoci, con i loro consigli, a trovare la bomboniera adatta. Dopo circa due anni, oggi abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo di nostra figlia e non potevamo che rivolgerci nuovamente a La Novia Bomboniere che ha contribuito, con le proprie bomboniere, a lasciare un ricordo indelebile di questa giornata nei nostri cuori ed in quelli degli invitati. We decided to rely on La Novia Bomboniere and we immediately realized that never was the right choice! The staff immediately put themselves at our disposal with patience and professionalism, but also with kindness and sympathy, helping us, with their advice, to find the right favor. After about two years, today we celebrated the baptism of our daughter and we could only turn again to La Novia Bomboniere which contributed, with its wedding favors, to leave an indelible memory of this day in our hearts and in those of the guests. Ci siamo tornati per le bomboniere del battesimo del nostro bambino. Come sempre gentilissime e professionali. La signora bionda, perdonateci ma non ricordiamo il nome, si è prodigata per aiutarci a scegliere tenendo conto dei gusti di entrambi. Ottima la comunicazione post vendita, ci sono state mandate le fotografie per poter scegliere il colore dei veli porta confetti e mostrarci nell'insieme come veniva la composizione. Ne è risultata una bomboniera raffinata, elegante e unica. Grazie per aver reso ancora più speciale la prima festa di Lorenzo! We had already turned to this shop for wedding favors for our wedding a couple of years ago. We went back for our baby boy's baptism favors. As always, very kind and professional. The blonde lady, forgive us but we do not remember the name, did her utmost to help us choose taking into account the tastes of both. Excellent post-sales communication, photographs were sent to us to be able to choose the color of the confetti door veils and show us as a whole how the composition was. The result is a refined, elegant and unique wedding favor. Thank you for making Lorenzo's first party even more special!
