Mozzarella eccezionale, servizio molto disponibile, ampio parcheggio e prodotti tipici con qualche nuova proposta culinaria (palline di formaggio ricoperte di granelle varie o composte di frutta) sono i suoi punti di forza. Nonostante abbia rinnovato la produzione, la mozzarella è rimasta quella di prima. Hanno bufale proprie. Eccezionale anche la ricotta, tra le migliori in assoluto. L'unico problema per la ricotta è che necessita la borsa frigo per spostamenti un po' più lunghi. Fino a due anni fa adoperavano dei geniali contenitori con un cestino bucherellato al loro interno che faceva percolare il latte in uno spazio vuoto nella confezione.
