★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piena solidarietà per quanto riguarda i pruriti dei "radical chic", lontani dal popolo come il 2021 dal ventennio che li ha fatti ricchi e di cui ora si vergognano, perché li smaschera.
Critico invece la pasta che in alcuni casi trovo superlativa, come le lasagne, ma in altri non mi convince del tutto: non riesco ad apprezzarla, tranne spaghetti e spaghettoni, sempre molto buoni. Ho provato le penne rigate e le ho trovate un po' sfuggenti, una seconda volta ai quattro formaggi sono venute meglio, ma devo provarle più al dente, sono sempre pronto a cambiare giudizio. Gli spaghetti triangolari e quadrati invece proprio non incontrano il mio gusto, non riesco a capire con quale condimento abbinarli. Questione forse di gusti, forse di mia poca bravura, non me ne faccio una ragione.
Aggiornamento con rettifica: ho provato il "Quadrotto", realizzando una splendida Amatriciana, e lo spaghetto quadrato allo scoglio fatto da chi lo sa fare. Viva il Molise, viva Campobasso.

On the other hand, I criticize pasta which in some cases I find superlative, like lasagna, but in others it doesn't convince me at all: I can't appreciate it, except spaghetti and spaghettoni, always very good. I tried the penne rigate and I found them a bit elusive, a second time the four cheeses came out better, but I have to try them more al dente, I'm always ready to change my mind. Triangular and square spaghetti, on the other hand, just don't meet my taste, I can't figure out which sauce to combine them with. Perhaps a matter of taste, perhaps of my lack of skill, I do not make a reason.
Update with correction: I tried the "Quadrotto", making a splendid Amatriciana, and the square spaghetti with seafood made by those who know how to do it. Long live Molise, long live Campobasso.
