In ambedue i casi, la macchia non è andata via, e nel caso del maglione ha peggiorato addirittura la situazione. Ho pagato in entrambi i casi ma inutilmente perchè ho ripreso i vestiti esattamente come li avevo portati, se non peggio.
Very kind staff, but unfortunately I brought two items (a jeans and a cashmere sweater) both to be removed. In both cases, the stain did not go away, and in the case of the sweater it even worsened the situation. I paid in both cases but to no avail because I took the clothes back exactly as I had worn them, if not worse.
