m	matteo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior sito è la peggior logistica mai vista!!!!! Quasi 3 mesi per avere una serra da 700 euro! Ritardi! Merce ad un certo punto non più presente! Rispedizione e pagamento supplementare! Collo bloccato a Torino da 12 giorni!!!!!! Incredibile!!! Non scrivo tutto perché sarebbe troppo lungo! Non fidatevi! The worst site is the worst logistics ever !!!!! Almost 3 months to have a 700 euro greenhouse! Delays! Goods at some point no longer present! Return and additional payment! Neck blocked in Turin for 12 days !!!!!! Incredible!!! I don't write everything because it would be too long! Don't trust me!
S	Silvia Cossu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza. dopo aver speso 8000 euro per la serra (incluso il trasporto) e 3000 per realizzare il basamento come da loro indicazioni; trascorso il termine per la consegna, su mio sollecito, dapprima mi comunicano un numero di spedizione che - a detta del corriere - non esiste come non esisteva altra spedizione a mio nome o al mio indirizzo; poi alla 20 email mi dicono che per ricevere la mia serra devo pagare 2000 euro in più, senza il cui pagamento la serra non sarebbe stata spedita. ovviamente ho detto di no e adesso sto pagando l'avvocato per recuperare tutto ( e comunque rimango senza serra), loro sono disponibili a restituire il prezzo (senza interessi, senza rimborso delle spese che ho sostenuto come da loro istruzioni e senza risarcimento dei danni). Evitateli! very bad experience. after spending 8000 euros for the greenhouse (including transport) and 3000 to build the base as per their indications; after the deadline for delivery, at my request, they first communicate a shipment number which - according to the courier - does not exist as there was no other shipment in my name or to my address; then at the 20 emails they tell me that to receive my greenhouse I have to pay 2000 euros more, without which the greenhouse would not have been sent. obviously I said no and now I am paying the lawyer to recover everything (and in any case I am left without a greenhouse), they are available to return the price (without interest, without reimbursement of the expenses I incurred as per their instructions and without compensation for damages ). Avoid them!
L	L M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non risponde nessuno ma solo contatto tramite email. L'azienda che crea serre non esiste. Esiste solo un intermediario che si chiama Creative Commerce con sede a Parigi. Puzza di truffa o perlomeno non si sa da dove proviene la merce e in caso di bisogno nessuna garanzia di assistenza. Quando si parla di acquisti di certe cifre meglio non rischiare. No one answers the phone but only contact via email. The company that creates greenhouses does not exist. There is only one intermediary called Creative Commerce based in Paris. It smells like a scam or at least you don't know where the goods come from and in case of need no guarantee of assistance. When it comes to purchases of certain amounts, it is better not to take risks.
