Prima mi hanno detto un prezzo, poi quando sono andate a ritirarle volevano 10 euro in più perché il costo da listino era aumentato...diffidate di gente cosi ;) I had gone for a duplicate of keys. First they told me a price, then when they went to collect them they wanted 10 euros more because the list price had increased ... beware of people like that;)

Mi trovavo da loro per acquistare delle semplici maniglie per cassetti per sostituirle perché rotte, dopo una spiegazione sbrigativa di uno dei dipendenti mi consiglia di cambiare le manigliette originali con delle altre dopo avermi illustrato frettolosamente il lavoro fai da te che avrei dovuto svolgere e mi vende quindi altre manigliette per un tot. Di soldi. A casa mi accordo di essere stata "intortata" perché ovviamente volevano tirare acqua al proprio mulino, facendo leva sulla non conoscenza/ignoranza del cliente cioè io e il giorno seguente torno per rimediare chiedendo di cambiare la merce acquistata il giorno prima con altra più adatta alle mie esigenze e che succede? Mi viene cambiata la merce ma con una maggiorazione sul prezzo precedente con la scusante che i pezzi acquistati da me il giorno dopo erano più costosi (cosa a mio modesto parere non vera ma una beffa data anche la misera quantità acquistata) dato che il giorno prima NON MI AVEVANO NEMMENO FATTO LO SCONTRINO FISCALE (chissà perché). SCONSIGLIO vivamente questo luogo!! Rivolgetevi altrove Bad experience! Rude and rude staff. I strongly NOT RECOMMEND this place !! Look elsewhere
