★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una villa nuovissima con 4 appartamenti, sospesa in posizione panoramica sulle alture del Lago Maggiore. Appartamenti curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, tutto nuovo, arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario: piatti, pentole, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè Nespresso con capsule già fornite e molto altro... e una terrazza dotata di poltrone per rilassarsi davanti all'incantevole panorama!
La piscina a sfioro sul giardino è meravigliosa, tenuta benissimo e pulitissima, con una manutenzione giornaliera molto accurata.
Anche il giardino è molto bello e pieno di piante aromatiche che profumano l'aria.
Il relax è così assoluto che alla sera, cullati dal canto delle cicale, sembra di essere in Toscana... ma con in più il panorama del Lago Maggiore!!
La gestione di Elena e di sua mamma Katia è attenta e gentile, sono sempre pronte a fare educatamente rispettare le regole, per tutelare il relax di tutti gli ospiti; e sempre pronte a fornire un aiuto se necessario.
Un posto super consigliato per "staccare" la spina e rigenerarsi!
 A brand new villa with 4 apartments, suspended in a panoramic position on the heights of Lake Maggiore. Apartments with attention to every detail, all new, tastefully furnished and with everything you need: dishes, pots, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules already supplied and much more ... and a terrace equipped with armchairs to relax in front of the enchanting panorama!
The infinity pool on the garden is wonderful, kept very well and very clean, with very careful daily maintenance.
The garden is also very beautiful and full of aromatic plants that perfume the air.
Relaxation is so absolute that in the evening, lulled by the song of cicadas, it seems to be in Tuscany ... but with the added panorama of Lake Maggiore !!
The management of Elena and her mother Katia is attentive and kind, they are always ready to politely enforce the rules, to protect the relaxation of all guests; and always ready to provide help if needed.
A super recommended place to "switch off" and regenerate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beginning of September we stayed for 4 days in the Mascarana Selvaspessa apartment and had a really wonderful time! New building of 4 aparments with a spectacular view overlooking the Lago Magiorre. Breakfast early morning on your own terrace with a view like that is the best way to start your day! The privacy is great. Elena, guest relations, takes care of everthing in a smooth and efficient way and is a wonderful person: kind and ready to assist whenever questions arise. On our request she recommended a local restaurant, not far from the apartment, downhill (no car needed): restaurant 'Al Camino', where we enjoyed a really good diner and at the same time overlooking the Lago at night!
The apartment La Selvaspessa was very nice, new and all you need is availble. The area is great. Lesa is a charming small village, not far from Stresa and other beautiful places and te lake. In short we higly recommend a stay at one of the Mascarana apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location if you want to enjoy the quietness of the area. Our hosts made everything so that our stay was very pleasant. From the booking, to the checkout, they are always here to help if needed, but also very discrete so that you really feel being on your own in the propriety. The accommodations are new, clean and very functional. If you want to enjoy the sunset, the beautiful colours of the light over the lake, from the terrace, the flat, or the pool, this is the place to book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner, 2-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful 2-week stay at La Mascarana.
The villa is located in the upper parts of Lesa and overlooks the Lake Maggiore. It was beautifully renovated earlier this year with great amenities such as a pool with deck chairs, a shared laundry room and a private parking.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We could enjoy a fantastic view over the lake from our private terrace. There are 4 apartments to rent in total, so it is very quiet and never crowded.
Elena and Andrea, the owners, also live there. They are very friendly and take excellent care of the villa. They shared with us some good tips about restaurants and activities to do close by.
We definitely recommend this place and would love to come again.
