ci siamo fermati a prendere della carne per grigliata in occasione del rientro ferie da Bibbona, cercando una macelleria a Cecina che avesse buone recensioni..
Carne veramente ottima, salsicce, coppa, costine.. e bistecche tagliate al momento (nonostante siamo arrivati in negozio alle 19.55!) che si scioglievano in bocca...! E se ti senti dire “Se mangi male te, mangio male io" magari ti fidi neh!!
Splendido personale, gentile e attento alla cura del cliente, insomma.. la classica macelleria di una volta. Consigliatissimo davvero!!

we stopped to get some grilled meat for the return trip from Bibbona, looking for a butcher shop in Cecina that had good reviews ..
Really good meat, sausages, coppa, ribs ... and cut steaks at the time (although we arrived in the shop at 7.55 pm!) That melted in your mouth ...! And if you hear yourself say "If you eat badly, I eat badly" maybe you trust neh !!
Beautiful staff, kind and attentive to customer care, in short .. the classic butcher of the past. Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una macelleria come "quelle d'una volta", dove la carne locale di ottima qualità non manca mai con la cortesia e la professionalità del personale che fanno da cornice. Deliziosi i preparati di loro produzione e meritevoli di menzione i mega hamburger preparati sul momento.
A butcher shop like "those of the past", where the excellent quality local meat never fails with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff that frame it. Delicious the preparations of their production and worthy of mention the mega burgers prepared on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E già qualche anno che mi servo da Federico e ha sempre ottima carne.....anche sabato ho comprato una bella bistecca.....buona, tenera e saporita in quel modo è difficile da trovare....le salsicce sono ottime la rosticciana pure.....mi dispiace solo che sia lontano da casa mia.
And a few years ago that I use Federico's and he always has excellent meat ..... also on Saturday I bought a nice steak ..... good, tender and tasty in that way it is difficult to find .... the sausages are the rosticciana excellent as well ..... I'm only sorry it's far from my home.
